Amazing hotel, perfect holiday atmosphere. Rooms are great, we had a sea wiew that was breathtaking. Great location, everything is near. Staff is helpful, friendly, everything os clean, no places left unattended. The food is top quality, every day you see something new. Also snack bar by the pool, desserts cafe, ice cream by the pool, continental breakfast, you most certainly won’t go hungry! Many different games and activities throughout the day, evening programmes are professional, really worth to watch. Every day has some sort of theme and it is interesting to watch it unfold. Arabella offers 2-time daily ride to aquapark and back completely no charge and we spent majority of our stay with the kids there, it was a really fun holiday for us. Noise level is bearable, but only because there are beach bars that don’t belong to Arabella. Hotel itself is quiet at 11pm. Animation team is amazing, also special thanks to housekeeping for keeping our room clean. We have not seen a single sad/angry/annoyed face among any of staff throughout our stay, everyone was always smiling and willing to help or strike up a conversation and wishing us a great holiday. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was our second summer vacation in Grifid Arabella. They have done a big renovation of the hotel and the restaurant since last year. The place looks amazing. The rooms are big, beds are great, facilities are absolutely fantastic. The hotel has 2 outside pools and one inside heated pool. The food was just spectacular. Good variety, tasty, not your regular semi tasteless food what you can expect from an all inclusive. The staff is just absolutely amazing. I don't know how they manage to train so many people. Everyone with a smile, everyone helpful and friendly.... just wow! We will definitely be back next year.
