The rooms are cleaned impeccably, and the attention to detail greatly contributes to the comfort and well-being of guests throughout their stay. It is clear that the entire staff places great importance on hospitality and guest satisfaction. The restaurant staff were extremely kind and helped us celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday. It was a very special and touching moment, thanks to the involvement of the staff, who sang “Happy Birthday” to her and brought her a mini cake with sparklers, turning the celebration into a wonderful and memorable experience.
