Grifid Hotel Metropol

I'm having the best solo holiday ever thanks to the amazing staff at Grifid Metropole! Thank you so much to Vanina, Guess Relations Manager, Mirella' Front Office Manager, Ivo Deputy Manager (the best hotel Manager I've ever met) Maya and Rosen and the whole above and beyond reception team, along with the amazing bar and restaurant team, David, beach bartender and Marianna notably and the amazing first time housekeeper Agus. These guys are very serious when it came to making sure you had the best holiday. They were all kind, warm and genuine. Menu dining was superb, amazing wines, wonderful Bulgarian sparkling wine, great entertainment, and very comfortable facilities. There is a different dining theme every evening - all fresh and delicious. Everybody did their job to the utmost highest standards and attention to detail. Outdoor Bio and Infinity pools were great too and I swam in both and usually don't do pools in May!! The beach is also next door with the lovely David running the nearby and convenient beach bar - get David to make you an Aperol Spritz)! Navin [think that's the right name] at the Infinity Pool Bar made the most amazing Margarita, my fave cocktail! This adult only hotel in the Grifid Hotels chain is perfect for solo travellers!! Only 30 mins from Varna Airport. Highly recommended - please book!! Very happy guest! 😎⭐️😊 xxx

A very nice hotel, each year better than the last year. We are coming here from 6 years and now we consider that the improvment that were made are really good and nice. They organised an event every day: a barbecue dinner, a Lillet cocktail party at the pool, a gin tonic summer party with live music. Very enjoyable! At the beach the bar offers very good cocktails, sparkling wines, lemonades, and beer.... and the beach staff guys are bringing those to the sunbed! The food, à la carte, is for a great quality. Even at the breakfast it's a menu....Benedict eggs, lots of egg dishes, even for diet. Even if a problem appear somebody can help you. And I will give a 10 plus for the lady of the massages. Maybe ones of the Best I ever made! Very profi! Congratulations! And I made and a hot Stones massage. Great!!! And everybody is smiling and try to offer you everything you want! A very well running hotel! Good management! Thank you for making us such a nice holiday!

Very nice service, view, food, everything was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms are cozy with a great view, and the relaxation is on another level. I strongly recommend it!

Very good service in all the parts of the hotel. Nice and clean. Good food. 👌 for menus in the restaurants. 👌 for private 🏖️ The pillows was a bit hard for our necks. The elevators a bit too small. All in all a feeling of luxury holiday 🥰 Thank you all for your good service.

Always a comfortable stay at Grifid Metropol, this was my 3rd time and probably not the last. Staff is always helpful and super friendly. Food is super tasty, rooms are spacious and very clean.
