ROOMS AND POSITION: Hotel has nice location near the beach, Rooms pretty clean and modern. The only problem with my room was the wasp living in the balcony chair. STAFF: The staff were friendly to all of the guests no matter the age. Also very Friendly. FOOD AND DRINKS: Food was great, massive selection of Dessert and startes. The drinks were amazing too. Every room has a free minibar that is restocked everyday. AMENITIES: Rooms have RITUALS Soaps and shampoo, Also Cotton buts and napkins. GOOD THINGS -Midnight snack Bar -Friendly staff -Cleanness -Good selection of food BAD THINGS -Not working wifi -Bugs in the cealing lamp -Ocasionally brokem beach equipement

Atmosphere is super, rooms also, Peri is the best

Sunbeds have 100 years old , if you go on water your sunbed will diseapear because this boys have orders to oblige . So , y personaly dont go back and dont recomand to my friends . If i ask something in reception and sadly i must say these people dont deserve 5 stars hotel work .

During our stay at Grifid Noa, we were very impressed with the restaurant staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making every meal a pleasant experience. We would especially like to thank Andina. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her caring attitude and genuine dedication to the guests made a lasting impression on us. Employees like Andina truly make a difference and are one of the reasons we would happily return to this hotel. We highly recommend Grifid Noa to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the entire restaurant team, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Very nice hotel with a good atmosphere. Rooms are great, clean and with a comfortable bed. The food in the main restaurant was ok. Preferred the pasta and pizza, but the que for the pasta was always long, so sometimes i didnt bother. I like to have a salad for lunsj and tuna is my favorite. But it was no tuna available for lunsj..only for breakfast and dinner. When i asked they either said that or that they didn't have any more left. Funny when it was on the buffet for breakfast. I often had lunsj at the lunsj restaurant beside the pool. Lovely food and staff. I want to spesially mention Nanda and Nikolai. Always smiling and offered great service. About the rest of the staff i think all that came from Bali was the nicest. Always smiling. I will visit the hotel again. Rosa Donaldson
