Hotel Astera

Horrible experience! Been there for 5 days, in room 805. None did clean the room for ourselves, they only changed the towels and the bin from the bathroom. Bad parking management, if you park behind the or in the front, there is the chance that your car can be blocked. The parking it's 15 euros per day. The food it's not variable, the deserts are very bad and they have a very bad taste. None it's smiling to you or they speak nicely to you. It's seems that the staff have issues as well. As per total experience, I don't recomand to anyone, it's shouldn't have 4 stars... In the fridge you have only a bottle of water, no more, no less. Regarding noise, be prepared to not sleep that well, are some bars opened till morning (like 3,4 in the morning), so better get some earpods. Atmosphere it's kinda so and so, you don't animations for kids or something. The exterior pool doesn't have heated water. As value, as I said, doesn't have to have 4 stars... They have to improve many things there, but I don't really know if they care about people..

Bad service! Bad personal! Bad hotel

I'm very disappointed..we had a ultra all inclusive plus booked from.march and it was around 1300 euros ( without transportation and parking). The food was a disaster,there was Italian night and was no Italian food but in general it was the same food the whole 7 days, very very disappointed..the bar was also a mess..the cocktail came from a machine there was no actual bartender to make the cocktails..same with sodas and from dispenser which was not mention..the beach bar was basically a simple soda machine with cups and that was it.. Private beach was decent ,same as the sun beds.. The room was actually very good and clean,I was surprised and unfortunately it was the highlight of our holiday. The gym is like a dungeon,no equipment and everything is already broke or about to break ( it was a reason why we chosed this hotel) For the amount that we paid food and drinks was low quality and they take top dollar for that which is not ok. All and all it was a bad holiday and for sure I will never return to this hotel ever..the staff was very friendly .

The Easter Holiday was a joke at this hotel. Very poor choices of food and most important the food was very low quality and we had problems due to it. Very unfriendly staff. The overall look of the hotel was terrible. We will not come again for sure.

It was really fun there, i really liked the design of the hotel but what i liked even more was the animator team, specially Savina, she was soo fine, friendly and even if we are from different countries we are still in touch with an exchange of instagram profile. She made my day better every time.
