Esana Aquahouse Hotel

We had a wonderful experience at this place. The relaxing massage was fantastic, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. We felt truly welcome, and the whole atmosphere was just delightful. We will definitely be visiting again!

I came with high expectations and I left with none... They market 6 pools and a included beach but the beach it was not included and you could not enter back inside if you went for it, the biggest pool was renovating... Also the biggest problem was the food, the price tags were diffrent than what they were actually charging

As every year we had great relaxing experience in Aquahouse Thermal and Beach. Warm pools, nice food and great service! Thank you for the lovely days we spend with you all!

1. The website info doesn't match what they offer in their packages 2. At first I trusted the Dr.'s recommendations.  We spent Euros 1200+ on packages and when I started to connect the dots I found out that they missed out several treatments and the most important part of the detox program, deliberately or not, which is the mud treatment. When questioned, not a single apology from Doctor or Manager. The receptionist offered a free treatment. That's it. 3. When you question the treatments they do not take responsibility. Yorgi (therapist) gave me only 20mins massage instead of 25mins and they believed him when I questioned it.  When I asked the manager why the program didn't include more therapies as per the website, I was told off for wanting too many  massages instead of wanting to know more about my issue as a customer. 4. Dina and Vera are excellent professional therapists. Thank you.

For such a high standard and well known aqua place in varna, bulgaria today was definitely not its prime. All in all the place is well structured, lifeguards and workers are very polite. This is where it goes downhill. The water temperature inside as well as outside was very cold and the pressure in the water massagers in the pool were extremely low and barely accomplished their jobs. The little kiosk had several snacks for visitors who became hungry, yet i never knew you could do so bad with a simple chocolate pudding that was near to inedible. Like before mentioned with the cold water we finally found a nice hot jacuzzi, but don’t get your hopes up. It was overcrowded with fat hairy men. I officially give up. As a younger child me and my family always used to come here so this visit was extremely disappointing.
