I had a great holiday, the entertainment team is super friendly. There was entertainment from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. All the entertainers were smiling and attentive. The evenings are good, they start at 9:30 p.m. and end around 10:30 p.m. Thank you for looking at my review, I had a great holiday

Hotel Arabella is the perfect place if you’re looking for a fun, energetic holiday! There’s always something going on — games by the pool, music, dancing, evening shows… the vibe is just amazing. The animation team truly brings the place to life.we still singing and dancing. Special shoutout to Mila – she’s an absolute star! So friendly, full of energy, and great with both kids and adults. My kids still talk about her and the mini disco. She really made our stay unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back next summer! 🎉☀️

Let’s start with the positives: cleanliness in this hotel is top-notch. Even though the hotel is 24 years old, it’s exceptionally well maintained. Rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas were spotless throughout our stay — a big plus. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options for every taste. The à la carte restaurants were also a pleasant experience — especially Hanami, where both the cuisine and the service were excellent. We also had a lovely surprise during our stay — it was my husband's birthday, and the hotel staff prepared a small birthday cake with a candle and even sang Happy Birthday for him. It was a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we truly appreciated. The biggest highlight of our stay? Without a doubt, Eva and Alex from the kids' mini club. Full of energy, smiles, and warmth, they took great care of the children during the day and created a fun, friendly vibe in the evenings as well. They are true stars of this hotel and made a huge positive difference in our experience. Eva and Alex – you are simply the best! :) Now for a more mixed impression: there was a noticeable focus on French guests. The hotel organized separate events for them, including private parties in closed-off parts of the hotel, and employed dedicated French-speaking entertainers who mostly interacted with their group. While this didn’t ruin our vacation, it did create a sense of imbalance — at times, it felt like other guests, especially non-French speakers, were less of a priority. Overall, Grifid Arabella has many strengths: it’s clean, the food is good, the team at the mini club is amazing, and the hotel knows how to make special occasions memorable. Still, a more inclusive approach toward all guests would definitely make for a more welcoming and fair experience.

Very comfortable 4-star hotel. I made a mistake by choosing it for the location instead of checking the clientele. It's a good family hotel with lots of families here and very loud animation, 2 pools, 3 restaurants, snack bar, lobby bar and disco (even small kids in the disco along with loud, half-naked men at midnight!). Staff coped well though, always friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Not mentioned were the approx 100 steps down/up to the beach/promenade. All not so welcome for a single 70 year-old! Very positive was the quality, range of foods in the restaurants, the service, the room size, seaview (in the front) and a special thanks to the housekeeping staff who made me feel very welcome. Probably quieter in the off-season. Should have chosen another Grifid Hotel like the Elcanto (adults only, on the beach, quieter) - my fault! Still, enjoyed the stay in a good quality hotel.
