Kuban Resort & Aqua Park

Ignore all the negative!! All lies! Just come back from a 5 night stay. The staff are amazing. The hotel was very quiet but they were there every day with a smile in their faces. The entertainment team made every day fun and the kids loved them. The bar staff are fun and friendly and are all very chatty. The ladies in the restaurant were so kind. All of them were great. They made our holiday. Face painting and dancing. We were all up with them laughing all evening every evening. The last night everyone made sure to hug us and say good bye. We chose to spend every evening at hotel rather than out as it had everything you needed. Great games room. All pay extra but cheap and you win tokens at the games they play with you in the entertainment. It is a huge hotel so if going in August there will be 700 guests so cues and busy would be expected. We've already booked to go back again in October. Food is not a problem at all. 2 fussy kids and a vegetarian and we had full plates breakfast lunch and dinner. Cocktails are delicious and mocktails available as well. Water slides and pool are so much fun for the kids and adults. And life guards were great and smiley. Loads of different games and activities offered. Kids loved it. The strip is as every other in every other location and resort. We found all shops bars everywhere to be very welcoming. I genuinely can't understand the hate. We rate it 10/10 Yes rooms are dated but so what we had a junior suit which was huge. Great bathroom. 2 balcony's. Fridge. Comfortable beds. Clean. And cleaned daily if you wish Don't be out off by other comments I couldn't agree less with them. We had a rainy day and was one of the best due to the hotel and staff there Best holiday away with friends and my children We went 7th October. Weather was not too hot but only rained once one morning and the rest was early 20s Well done to everyone at the kuban hotel 👏👏👏👏

Worst weeks holiday we have had, food was inedible, even a stray dog outside wouldnt eat it! Staff very rude, i asked for ice in my drink and the bartender looked at me as if i had asked to piss on his kids!! Pool was gross, another holidaymaker told me a child had crapped in pool the week before and the staff wouldnt clean it! Our room looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks. The area wasnt safe, we saw a gang of locals beat an english guy up who just happened to walk past them! Staff arent interested in any complaints, would rather have a week in winter in a tent on yorkshire moors with only t shirt and shorts than go back there.

Bedrooms old run down looks like your in pontins would in rooms on walls steamed up windows to balcony the staff are rude and igront and the food is disgusting in restaurant and snack bar hotel has no entertainment on ever it's boaring
