I'm disappointed with my trip to Bulgaria and my stay at this hotel. Firstly, if you don't smoke, be careful, because Bulgarians chain-smoke where they're sitting, puffing in the faces of their children at the table and you, even during meals. Ashtrays are provided in the hotel restaurant to make it easier for them to smell. Unfortunately, the room is very dirty, and they don't even try to pretend otherwise. The floor is carpeted, disgustingly dirty; it's scary to think what lives there. Dust and dirt are visible to the naked eye in many places. Examples are in the photos. The bathroom is full of mold, and the curtain rod falls on your head when you try to close it. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and set to 24 degrees Celsius, and there's no way to adjust it, and they leave a message about it on the table in the room. The air conditioning comes on every now and then, and it stays maybe 24 degrees Celsius for a while, but then it turns off, and it's incredibly hot. The staff ignored my report about the broken air conditioning. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell due to inadequate ventilation, as this isn't possible with the balcony open. The balcony window was damaged; once out of 10 times, I could open it to access the balcony, but sometimes it decided to fall off its hinges while I was on the balcony. The food for lunch and dinner was tasty and quite varied, with plenty of vegetarian options. Unfortunately, it was often cold. In the morning, a nice gentleman made pancakes. But overall, the breakfasts were monotonous. The coffee was made with instant milk and immediately very sweet; it was impossible to drink coffee with milk without sugar in the entire hotel. Drinks at the bar were served in thin plastic cups that "danced" in your hand when you tried to hold them. The pool was really clean, although the water was cold and difficult to get into. The beach was dirty, with lots of cigarette butts, and not a single trash can. Two lounge chairs and umbrellas cost 30 leva, which is over 60 złoty per night... There wasn't much room for a blanket between the lounge chairs. The sea is clean and the sea is gentle. Unfortunately, Bulgarians are also smoking on the beach all the time; it's impossible to breathe properly. The beach is quite close to the hotel. I only saw a lifeguard on the beach once during our trip, and he wasn't necessarily busy keeping an eye on the swimmers. The entertainment is a joke. Two gentlemen came to do water aerobics in the pool twice during the week. There was a mini disco for the children twice in the evening during dinner, but it was really poorly run. A few routines were too difficult for the children to dance to, and then the ladies left, played two more songs for the children, and that was it, even though the children were still dancing. The entertainment staff did absolutely nothing the rest of the time. One of the ladies at the reception was really rude. We had a room for three people. When we arrived, we didn't have a single towel and a set of bed linen for two. When we asked for a refill, she was really rude and upset that we had the nerve to bother her. The rooms are key-card-accessible, and the cleaning ladies entered the room several times, even though we were asleep around 8:00 AM, waking my child. They usually backed off when they realized we were asleep, but once they decided not to bother us... There are no signs posted telling us not to come in. Generally, the cleaning ladies just take out the trash and add toilet paper anyway. Unless you're asleep by 8:00 AM, you skip the line and you won't get toilet paper. They changed bed linen and towels once per departure, so we finally got bath towels halfway through our trip. On the day of our departure, we were initially denied lunch, even though we arrived after dinner the first day and had already paid for the entire day through the travel agency. Our transfer to the airport wasn't until 5:30 PM, and we had to check out of our room at 12:00 PM. Another lady in the lobby said we were entitled to lunch, but we couldn't use the pool. After lunch, we had to return our wristbands and wait in the lobby for over three hours. The bus that can take you to Sunny Beach runs every 40 minutes, practically whenever it wants, and it's so crowded that sometimes you can't even get on. There's a bus stop quite close to Sunny Beach and Nessebar, but the bus runs every 40 minutes and is packed to the max. Sometimes you can't get on and have to wait 40 minutes, although that's only in theory, because it runs whenever it wants. At 11 PM, we waited for over an hour at the bus stop for one to arrive. Sunny Beach is absolutely crowded, it's hard to get around, and you're walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke. I really need a second vacation after this one.

The hotel is excellently located, the sea is clean with a gentle entry, and it's just a short walk from the hotel. A perfect location. Room cleaning is very good, and the housekeeping staff are helpful. The pool area could be cleaner, but what truly impressed us was the restaurant. The restaurant staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Thank you to them.
