Entire Adams Beach Hotel is a unique experience, this is a unique spot on Nissi beach! My soecial thanx goes to Georgia, amazing staff office and receptionist who advised us a lot and provided valuable recommendations! Great hotel,the staff is megical,srvice is a key word there

We just returned from our one week vacation spent in this hotel. We spent here a week last year as well when we chose a double room, which was nice. This year we returned and booked a bigger room ( junior suite) thinking that it will be at least as good as the room from last year . But it was not !! The furniture is very old and outdated, broken and the wallpaper on the walls looks really bad, dirty. We even had mold on the celing, the room smelled extremely bad , like urine . I complained several times to the reception and they only sent the cleaners once . They were not willing to change the room. For the rest of the vacation we had to sleep with the balcony door open and it was noisy, we could barly sleep. It was very disturbing for us and our kid. Out kid could not wait to get home as soon as possible. The cleaners did not clean the room for 5 days after that. We left notes to clean it , but this did not happen . It was the worst experience we had în an hotel regarding the room and cleaning. În regards to the food in the main restaurant, it was improved from last year , but still not a 5 star hotel food. There is no grilled meet or fish , everything is boiled , you will find a lot of stews. The personell in the main restaurant is very nice and hard working and I appreciated that the hotel kept most of staff . They even recognised us from last year ,which gave a nice feeling. This is actually the reason I gave 2 stars , otherwise I would have given only 1 . We will not come back to this hotel and I will not recommended it to anyone , e specially the junior suits.

We stayed at this Hotel as a surprise for my son’s 21st Birthday , and we could not of chosen any better . From walking upto the hotel very impressed beautifully clean , then walking into reception again immaculate reception very welcoming informative gave us a free upgrade to Executive Rooms to make my sons 21st even that bit more special , they delivered a cake and Birthday card to his room all those finer details made the stay so much more . From the staff who cleaned the rooms perfect to Restaurant staff all assuring you don’t wait to long especially when it’s really busy Andreas does a fantastic job we only did bed and breakfast the choice at breakfast would suit everyone so much to choose from I loved it we all did , the hotel bars again spotlessly clean beautiful and staff cannot do enough for you , loved Ayia Napa have to mention the Taxi Drivers so friendly and courteous very helpful . I cannot say a bad word enjoyed every minute and I be back within a heart beat some beautiful restaurants food amazing value for money . I loved Cyprus before this trip as I had been to Protaras quite some time ago but I fell even more in love with the place the Hotel and staff and just Ayia Napa itself very friendly I felt very safe as well . I highly recommend a holiday here and this hotel WOW 🤩 amazing . I really did not want to go home
