Adams Beach

Hotel is lovely, amazing location right on the sea.

We stayed at Adams Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa last week, and it was truly a wonderful experience, a relaxing treat from start to finish. The bedroom was beautifully maintained, and the view of Nissi Beach from our room was absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend booking a sea-view room, as the scenery is simply unforgettable. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the rooftop offered a spectacular sunset, a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The hotel provides a wide range of services, all complemented by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. The overall atmosphere is elegant, well-maintained, and welcoming. I would also recommend it for families, as the organised entertainment and pool area offer plenty of fun and activities for children. A truly lovely stay, highly recommended!

The location and the hotel arrangement were amazing! The atmosphere, the rooms and the hotel lobby were very shiny and posh looking. Unfortunately, upon a closer look, the beach was dirty due to the fact that the plastic waste from the ocean was not cleaned up regularly. Also, the washroom facilities at the pool and changing room facilites in the hotel were partly dirty and moldy. The food on the other hand was outstanding!! The variety and taste were great and also some of the staff were very engaged (not all of them). A great feature was the integrated Sushi restaurant which had delicious food and a very friendly and engaged waitress! The kids animation programm was also a great plus of the hotel. Our children loved it and always looked forward to the daily mini disco and the various shows they offered after dinner. One other downside was that we booked a family sized room with an ocean view and instead we got a family sized room with an air condition view. The noise level was accordingly high. It took the hotel 3 days to move us 2 floors up where we finally got the promised view. They then apologized with a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit and chocolate platter that was delivered to our room which was a nice gesture.

We recently stayed at Adams Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa as a family, and overall, we had a good experience. The hotel itself is nice, the service was good, and we were especially impressed with the food. Every meal was very tasty, with a good variety of dishes, and this was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, there are several things that, in our opinion, take away from the overall experience and should be improved. The elevators and corridors are extremely hot. We stayed on the third floor, and there was no air conditioning in the elevator or in the corridor. The elevator in particular was very uncomfortable because of the heat and lack of ventilation. On one occasion, we were even stuck in the elevator for several minutes when it stopped moving. On our last day, one of the elevators stopped working completely. The elevators can also take quite a long time, especially when they travel between floors to pick up other guests. For someone who does not tolerate hot and stuffy conditions well, it can become very uncomfortable and potentially even make them feel unwell. It would make a big difference if the air conditioning in the elevators were actually switched on. The situation in the corridors was also not ideal. Although there was air conditioning in the corridor on the second floor, it was not switched on on the third floor. Instead, the windows were left open, allowing outside air to come in. This did not provide the same level of comfort, especially during hot weather. The hotel lagoon is another area that could be improved. It is quite rocky, which makes swimming difficult and uncomfortable. You cannot simply walk from the beach directly into the water because of the rocks. There is a separate staircase on the left side, but the water in the lagoon did not always look particularly clean or inviting. While swimming, you constantly have to watch your feet to avoid stepping on rocks and hurting yourself. For this reason, we mostly went to Nissi Beach, which is nearby. It has a much better sandy beach and is considerably more comfortable for swimming, especially for families. The swimming pools are also more suitable for children than adults. Most of the pools are quite shallow, and the deepest one is around 1.4 metres. For children, this is excellent and provides a safe and enjoyable environment, but for adults who want to properly swim, the pools are quite small and not particularly suitable. Overall, Adams Beach Hotel is a nice family hotel with good service and excellent food, and we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. However, the lack of air conditioning in the elevators and on some corridors, the condition of the lagoon, and the limited swimming options for adults are significant disadvantages. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the experience for guests and make the hotel much more comfortable for families as well as adults.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Away from the noise, yet still very close to the center. Located right on Nissi Beach, with a private beach that we actually preferred. The Deluxe Wing is perfect for couples, with quiet rooms, an adults-only pool, and a great breakfast restaurant. The other restaurants at the hotel are also excellent, so we never felt the need to go elsewhere. A special thank you to Georgia for taking such great care of us. It’s clear that she genuinely loves making people smile, and she’s excellent at it!
