Adams Beach

This was our 2nd visit to this resort. It’s a family resort offering great value. The rooms are nice. As a coeliac I find it hard. The food labelling is inconsistent. The choice is very limited if you have coeliac disease. The swimming pools were very cold. It’s a nice location in a small bay with direct access to the water.

Our experience at this hotel was slightly disappointing, especially when it came to the food, restaurant service, and overall housekeeping. Food and restaurant service: The food was disappointing, and the service was even worse. For example, after finishing your meal, if you wanted to have dessert, it was almost impossible to find a staff member to clear your dirty plates or bring clean ones. Even getting a clean napkin or tissue was a challenge. The juice served at the restaurant tasted more like soapy water than actual juice. Breakfast was also the same every single day, with very little variety. Room amenities and housekeeping: It was surprisingly difficult to get basic amenities such as toothbrushes. We booked two rooms, but we barely received two toothbrushes in total. After five days, we only managed to get a couple more. In our room, the tissues ran out, and despite needing replacements, it was extremely difficult to get new ones. Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing family holiday with children and expect efficient service, this is definitely not the place I would recommend. Unfortunately, the poor service and lack of basic amenities significantly affected our experience. Generally, I wouldn’t say the hotel is terrible, but if you’ve ever experienced a genuinely five\-star hotel, you’ll understand that this one simply doesn’t live up to those standards

My husband and I came here for a holiday. My husband is a Ukrainian soldier, and after everything he has been going through because of the war, we wanted just one thing: to finally enjoy some peace and quiet, get a good night’s sleep, recharge our batteries, and create some happy memories together. We paid a considerable amount of money for this holiday and expected a reasonable level of comfort in return. Unfortunately, the night of October 14–15 turned into a complete nightmare. On October 14, a family with a very young child was accommodated in the neighbouring room, No. 363. The child was crying approximately every 10 minutes throughout the night. I understand that babies cry and that parents cannot always control it. However, I also believe that guests who pay for a holiday and come to relax and recover have the right to a peaceful night’s sleep. At around 3 a.m., I went to reception for the first time and asked to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the receptionist showed absolutely no concern for our situation. She seemed completely indifferent and made no effort to find a solution. I approached her a second time, this time offering to play a recording of the child crying so she could understand the situation. I even invited her to try sleeping in our room herself to experience the noise we had been dealing with all night. Once again, she showed no interest in helping us and was unwilling to provide another room. Eventually, the hotel security guard became involved. After approximately 20 minutes of arguing, frustration, and trying to explain our situation, we were finally given another room farther away from the noise. What upset me the most was not the child crying, but the staff’s complete lack of care and willingness to help their guests. We should not have had to spend the middle of the night arguing just to get some sleep. We came here to escape the stress of the war, even if only for a little while. Instead, we experienced a sleepless night, unnecessary stress, and disappointment. It is particularly upsetting that, rather than receiving understanding and assistance from the hotel staff, we practically had to fight for the basic right to rest. My recommendation: if you are travelling without children and value peace and quiet, a good night’s sleep, and respectful treatment, think carefully before booking this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience showed us that, in this situation, guest comfort and good customer service are clearly not a priority. If I were the hotel owner, I would seriously review the performance of the receptionist who was on duty on the night of October 14–15. Her attitude towards guests demonstrated a complete lack of concern, empathy, and willingness to help resolve customer problems. In my opinion, this kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable for an employee working at a hotel that presents itself as a five-star hotel. The quality of a hotel is not determined only by its beautiful rooms and facilities, but also by how its staff treat guests, especially when unexpected problems arise. Five stars are not just a hotel rating — they come with a responsibility to provide comfort, respect, and a high standard of customer service. Unfortunately, we experienced none of this from the receptionist on duty that night!

The location near Nissibeach is perfect. There are enough sunbeds, beautiful pools and a nice beach. Breakfast in the deluxe wings' restaurant was geat. Dinner in the main restaurant was ok. Cleaning was good and the cleaning-staff was very friendly. But: - In my opinion, it is not 5* and not a "deluxe wing". it's a 4* hotel with an "adults only wing" that should be renovated soon so it can be re-called deluxe. - In the main restaurant the staff was not always as friendly as one could expect in a 5* hotel. If you were still there half an hour before closing, you had the impression of being tolerated but not of being wanted.

Location is great, near the one of best beach of Ayia-Napa Nissi Beach. Atmosphere is good, еvery evening there are different shows and entertainment events, mini-disco for children, during day time there are many swimming pools for both adults and kids, few water slides (however, it not work continuously open, only few hours per day). We liked our room, it was modern and equipped with smart technology. The price was reasonable for what the hotel offered. The hotel was reasonably clean. The noise level did not bother us. The staff were very kind. We had no issues with the food, although I can only comment on breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, and there was a good variety of options. I would happily recommend this hotel.
