We had a really nice stay at the hotel, but the best part was Georgia at the reception. She was so kind, supportive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. She made everything easier and made us feel comfortable from the first moment. Thank you, Georgia, for your warmth and help it really made our experience special. ❤️

The location was good but the overall service and amenities were outdated, it rained for a day and there was a flooding all over the hotel. The kid room was closed because of that. Even though it states there is an indoor pool the pool has no heating so if you are planning your stay off season be prepared for that. The parkin on premises is a disaster, they are not allocating any parking spaces for their residents and if you are trying to park during the peak hours you are definitely going to park elsewhere. I brought that up twice but all I get was you need to park at the beach parking or find somewhere else, this is not a reply you want to hear after paying 200euro per night in a 5* hotel. Definitely not going stay there again

Amazing hotel with a wow factor when you walk in. We were a family of 7 with two twin toddlers so we had lots of luggage, we were greeted as soon as we got off our mini bus by a lovely gentleman sorry didn’t catch his name but he handled all our luggage with another gentleman both very polite and helpful. Check in at the hotel was stress free, one of the gentleman who helped with our luggage told us where to go around the hotel and showed us the lifts to use. Rooms were clean, no air conditioning but when we asked was told it’s not on at the moment which was okay slept with door open abit! Bathroom was on the small side but adequate clean towels every day, must say thankyou to our cleaning people who had to wait for abit while we got ready to go to a wedding hope we didn’t keep you to long. Hotel area was lovely abit of work going on but not intrusive or noisy you didn’t have to be near that area as they were so many other places to sit. Staff in all of the restaurants were helpful polite and nothing was too much bother for them, always engaging with us and the children. We did have an EU committee at the hotel with lots of people security etc, but found this okay it didn’t get in our way at all, it was fun watching on your balcony all the cars and security!! There was also another meeting but this didn’t make us feel uncomfortable, our dining was just moved into a different location which was fine no bother at all. Food was plentiful lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a fantastic stay from start to finish, big thankyou to Georgio on reception always happy to help, and the kind gentleman who gave the boys some toy animals to take home Once again thankyou to all the staff at Adam’s Beach Hoyle for making our stay amazing.

What an amazing hotel. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The reception area is very impressive and the reception staff were cheerful and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with a variety of pools and plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The nice wooden ones with padded cushions. The breakfasts were nice with a good choice of items on offer. There could be some improvement here in my opinion. The coffees from the machine are not very hot and the juices are a little watery. The service at this hotel is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are always on hand to help. The rooms are cleaned every day and when I accidentally spilled a soft drink on the bed (for which I apologised profusely) the bedclothes were changed immediately. There is a fridge in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. The hairdryer works well and there is a magnifying glass in the bathroom which is great for ladies of a certain age when doing their makeup! A visit to the rooftop bar is a must. Watching the sunset from there was amazing. I can recommend the cocktails. If you have a late flight there are facilities to leave your luggage free of charge. Late check out is also available for a charge but we didn’t need it so I don’t know how much it is. There is an on site super market. Prices there were very competitive and in fact a lot of items were cheaper than in the supermarket across the road. Other facilities include a private beach with a gorgeous little bar/restaurant. Free beach towels which can be changed every day. Waiter service at the pool side. Safes in the room. Free toiletries. A book drop and swap. There is also a pub, spa, indoor pool and water slides for the children. We will definitely go back here. Special thanks to Mario in the lounge bar and Marina our cleaner for their exceptional service. They really made our holiday!

The hotel is simply wonderful — beautiful, clean, and with incredibly delicious food. The hotel’s private beach is very clean, beautiful, and absolutely perfect. There are many pools, all well-maintained and very beautiful. I would also especially like to thank the receptionist named Georgia — a very professional, kind, and welcoming woman. People like her make the stay even more enjoyable. This is already my second stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say that I will definitely come back again. And I do not regret a single penny spent — отдых here is truly worth every cent!
