I’m leaving this review because the staff at this hotel are actually unbelievable. We came here to celebrate my 35th birthday and asked for some decorations to be set up—they got every single detail perfect. They truly made my day the best one I’ve ever had. What really blew me away was the communication. My friends were messaging them from different countries with surprise requests, and the team was replying to them in minutes! That is a level of service you just don't see everywhere. The hotel itself is 10/10—super clean rooms and just brilliant care from every single staff member. They really do go the extra mile for every little request. If you are visiting Ayia Napa, stay here. You won't regret it!

Very good hotel, great food, great staff.

As described in the title, this was a pretty much perfect week. Nothing the hotel could do about the not always brilliant weather. The food was excellent especially the tasting meal in the Nocturno restaurant. The staff were uniformly lovely particularly Sachin, Roman and Maria in the restaurant. The only thing which slightly weirded us out were the managers who were constantly lurking, especially in the restaurant which was somewhat off putting. The spa area was really pleasant and we both had a relaxing massage and thoroughly enjoyed them. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay. We are regulars at the hotel and it never fails to please. The staff are extremely polite and help and provide an impeccable vacation. Thanks again
