Absolutely amazing stay at Amanti Hotel! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and maintained to a very high standard. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place for a couples’ getaway. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with a great variety of options and consistently high quality. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special thank you to Maria, who made our experience even more memorable. She was always welcoming, kind, attentive, and had a wonderful positive attitude. Her warm smile and outstanding service made us feel truly valued as guests. People like Maria are a big part of what makes a hotel experience special. The facilities were fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, and every detail seemed carefully thought out. We had a wonderful vacation and would happily recommend Amanti to anyone visiting Ayia Napa. We are already looking forward to coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 stars.

This is our 2nd visit to the Amanti hotel and the service is amazing, all of the staff are excellent and very attentive. A special mention to Maria - Station Leader in the restaurant- who is amazing and so friendly, she made our meal times so much more enjoyable

Every thing about rhis hotel is first class food dine around half board is crazy,somthing we never do only at rhis hotel.Staff are brilliant every one loves the hotel and takes pride working there we lucky we travel 6 month of the year but never miss this hotel , top manage ment are always there to keep everything running smoothly

This is a truly lovely hotel. I would love to give it five stars but there were a few minor niggles that prevented that. However, they were minor enough that we would absolutely still return to this hotel. Highlights- The food is the best hotel food we’ve ever had. Half board is well worth booking. We were lucky enough to book into all the restaurants while there. Rooms are very nice. Modern and comfortable. We requested a 2 hour extension to our room on check out day and they didn’t charge us for it which was a nice surprise. Pool area is beautiful and the allocated sun loungers are great. Pool attendants fab and ordering drinks by the pool on the app was quick and easy. The staff are fabulous. Friendly, chatty and appear genuinely happy to be at work! Irina in the buffet restaurant was a particular favourite of ours. Minor things that stopped this being 100% perfect - My husband wanted to book himself a massage. We were aware this could be booked on the app however, as he was downstairs using the gym anyway he decided to pop into the Spa to book his massage. The woman he spoke to at the spa seemed annoyed that he wanted to book a treatment. She was unhelpful and unfriendly bordering on rude and it was really quite uncomfortable. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she had such an impact on the day this occurred, probably because every single other member of staff was so fabulous. It just felt such a shame that this one person took the shine off the day. This bothered me way more than my husband I admit, but it really upset me. Incidentally, the actual massage he had a few days later was lovely and thankfully was given by another spa staff member who was very nice. The drinks at breakfast were super slow. Staff were always quick to take your order, but the delivery was slow. Most days we were nearly finished eating by the time the drinks arrived. Housekeeping was hit and miss. One of the robes in our room was removed along with some towels one day in error. I went on the app to request a replacement however the note I added wasn’t read, and we just were given extra towels instead. The evening turn down service was practically nonexistent. During our ten night stay, out of a possible 8 occasions where they could have done the evening turndown service (not including arrival night or the one night we were in the room all evening due to illness so had do not disturb on) they only serviced the room 2 nights out of 8. And lastly, probably the most minor niggle out of all the minor niggles, and I am being picky here, the sun loungers are just slightly too close to each other. Not a huge deal, but the beds did feel slightly jam packed next to each other. With all that being said, it is still our most favourite hotel ever and will be talking about it and recommending it to anyone who will listen.

We visited here at the end of April for a week to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival we were greeted warmly by Stellios who continued to be amazing throughout our stay. First impressions of the lobby area exceeded our expectations. Such a stylish and serene area. We were very fortunate and were upgraded to an amazing room looking over the pool. We had been also given a complimentary bottle of fizz plus a cake - such a treat ❤️Such comfortable bed and was so nice to have a proper dressing table with mirror and chair to do makeup & hair. The bathroom was spotless and our balcony had the extra advantage of sun beds plus a table and chairs - everything was truly deserving of the 5 star rating. We went to see Nicka at guest services who arranged all of the à la carte restaurant bookings and even got us in to the restaurant serving the 7 course taster menu for our actual anniversary on the 5th of May and it turns out that she had arranged our room and all the surprises, thank you. Would thoroughly recommended upgrading to the accompanying wine flight as we did. The food in the hotel is outstanding in all the restaurants. The breakfast offerings were some of the best we have ever had and the buffet restaurant is so good too. The only restaurant we sadly couldn’t try was the Asian as the weather the evening we were booked was awful and they were unable to open. The pool area is stunning and you get given reserved beds for your stay which is superb. You can order drinks and food via the QR code from your sunbed, just brilliant. Thank you to Panos who kept us well watered at all times. Would we return, in a heart beat!!
