Andreotis Hotel Apts

Actually really surprised by this 3 star hotel, and can see they have worked hard to bring the standard up considerably. Apartment was clean and comfortable albeit it could have helped to have some basic necessities like some bathroom soap and shower gel. Air conditioning was extra, but to be fair we did not need it as the weather was odd for this May and cool and damp at times. We had a ground floor apartment next to CJ’s which meant not much privacy if you wanted to sit out, as everyone wanders by, same in morning as people go to pool, also no where to hang towels (ie no clothes line). Nice pool area, and sun-beds upgraded and very comfy. Nice sun umbrellas, but you have to move your sun-bed, as the umbrellas are fixed into ground. The cleaners did a very good job keeping the apartment clean and fresh, with Sunday the only day they do not clean. Towels changed every other day, bins every day, and toilet area cleaned every day. Area at front to park a hire car if you want to, and a short walk to the “Protarus strip “.

What a surprisingly lovely apartment complex, small but undoubtedly friendly. Arrived early hours on a Monday morning, we were directed to our room and were pleasantly surprised, a clean modern 1 bedroom superior apartment. The rooms were cleaned almost daily with clean towels every 2 days, the staff were efficient and unintrusive. The grounds and the landscaping around the complex was lovely, the pool was clean and inviting on those hot days. The sunbeds were plentiful with thick cushions I've not even experienced at most 4 or 5 star resorts. Being a small family run business they have everything on point, the atmosphere is chilled and relaxed, no animation teams like big hotels pestering you to do archery or water aerobics. Any and all entertainment is provided by CJ's restaurant and their adjacent pool bar which is run by husband and wife team Carl and Jane, who are amazing, we have never felt so genuinely welcome on holiday as we did at CJs, all their staff are amazing they cannot do enough for you, and the food is of top quality and tasty. Best holiday ever. One thing is for sure we will be returning, very, very soon.

Last year my (adult) daughter did some research and identified Andreotis Apartments as a good possibility for our family holiday. We (4 of us) booked 2 rooms for September 2025 and enjoyed a very pleasant 7 nights. Based on that experience I then booked for a 7 night stay in May 2026 for 3 of us (Daughter didn't have enough annual leave) and 7 nights in September 2026 (to include daughter and her long term partner). Having now stayed for the second booking I am still very happy that we are going back in September. The hotel is clean, modern and brilliantly located. All three times we have booked bed and breakfast and have eaten out along the "strip" each night. Since out stay last year the hotel has replace all of the pool loungers and umbrellas. The old ones were... OK, but the replacements are a big upgrade. I imagine that the represent a big investment. I also noticed that improvements had been made to the flower beds around the pool area edges. Over all, it is obviously the place is being managed well (cleaning staff are spot on) and a program of modernisation is actively under way. Now looking to book for 2027.

Stayed here for 12 days with my young son . We had a fantastic stay so relaxing . Food was great and not far from the beach which is stunning . We stayed in the one bed new room which was outstanding . Hopefully will be booking again .

Really Loved this hotel its in a fantastic location very near to the protaras strip and fig tree bay. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and we were very impressed with the facilities on offer. CJs Bar was great and really affordable for us as we were self catering. The pool area and hotel rooms were kept to a really clean standard and we will certainly stay here again as this is a hotel we have loved staying in. The staff in the resort are really helpful we didn't have any issues whilst we were here for 11 nights. Looking forward to returning in the future
