Really Loved this hotel its in a fantastic location very near to the protaras strip and fig tree bay. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and we were very impressed with the facilities on offer. CJs Bar was great and really affordable for us as we were self catering. The pool area and hotel rooms were kept to a really clean standard and we will certainly stay here again as this is a hotel we have loved staying in. The staff in the resort are really helpful we didn't have any issues whilst we were here for 11 nights. Looking forward to returning in the future

Well, we'll start from the beginning. (Have a cuppa and sit down, may take a while). On arrival the night receptionist was not very welcoming, boardering rude. We made our way to room, and large spacious bathroom, a nice kitchen area / lounge / pull out sofa separate from bedroom. Though we noticed no toiletries, hand soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, which is unusual since we had booked an upgrade. No air con remote, and when enquired back at reception, were told you have to pay €10 per day. Luckily the room and balcony got very little sun so we managed by simply leaving patio doors / windows open during night. We also noted the floor had not been cleaned, it was still dirty (photo) we had to wipe our feet before going to bed as they were nearly black. After 3 weeks still gritty and dirty. Yes they changed bedding and towels every few days and gave the flooring a sweep, but definitely no mopping involved. The apartment has a large balcony, unfortunately you have very little privacy as over looked by 2 other (photo) apartments and the stairwell. So you were privy to everyone's conversation leaving their rooms or using the stairs. Even had towels fall from another balcony onto ours. So don't think about sitting in your smalls. The balcony overlooks some hilly waste ground/scrub. Not the prettiest view, but it was peaceful. It rained on a few occasions so any clothes left out to air / dry after being washed got wet due to the lack of any cover. We mentioned the lack of chopping board and a clothes horse to dry clothing, (3 weeks self catering you need to) to the receptionist, and the reply was .... "loads of things missing, will see what we can do..!", and nothing happened ! So the apartment was like a student's house with clothes drying on any every bit furniture. It's the little things that need a little bit of thought. The balcony had a small round table and 4 chairs, which is fine if you just want a drink, and considering the room is meant for 3/4 people no way you could sit and all eat on it. We struggled with just the 2 of us. The pool area gets very busy, and though signs stating "NOT to place towels as will be removed", as soon as it got light, (usually the male of the species) would place towels across 2/4 beds and disappear. The bar and restaurant are run (separate to apartments ) by an English couple and the food was plentiful and nice. Plenty of entertainment during the day / evening and the singers are very good, it has that air of Blackpool! So don't always expect peace and quiet around the pool. The pool has some subsidence which was cordoned off (photo) which assumes it will be repaired out of season. The main hotel (upgrade) apartments have recently been painted/upgraded etc. but as previously mentioned it's the little things. We like to swim when the pool is quiet after a day on the beach, as the pool closes at 18.00 and were told off as we assumed it was 20.00, and you are not allowed to lay on the grass to get away from the busy pool, which is a shame as we may have stayed during the day. While we were there, other couples were moved to upgraded apartments and there were complaints about showers flooding in the older bungalow parts. These had the plain white plastic furniture rather than the upgraded wood / wick. Saying that, on the plus side you are 5/10 minutes walk from the main strip and 10/15 minutes from the nearest beach. We did enjoy our holiday, but spent most days at various beaches than our usual split beach / pool days due to noise and the towels on bed scenario. Would we stay here again, not really. But that is us, others thoroughly enjoyed the pool side entertainment etc, we prefer the slightly quieter atmosphere with the little things that make self catering a nicer experience.

We really loved our stay here. Beautiful modern room. Lovey bar. We were self catering but had a few meals and snacks & they were lovey. The staff at Cj’s are so nice always so welcoming. I can see why people return. The bingo is also good.

I dont really know where to start with the review of this hotel, but I’ll start with the positives - Room was clean and spacious, we had 1 bed apartment (one of the new ones) we found the beds to comfy and had a lovely big balcony at the back of the hotel, so just looked onto a wooded banking. Pool area is ok, clean but beds and umbrellas have seen better days. Bar staff and CJ staff are mainly English and are FANTASTIC, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They would love to have banter with you and always went out of their way to please you. Location is fantastic, you can walk in any direction and end up somewhere nice for food or drinks. Right, now for the negatives….this might take a while. On arrival, we had booked 2x 1 bedroomed apartments, exactly the same on the TUI booking and both paid EXTRA for this specific room. We are a family of 3 and our friends a married couple. Our room was as we expected, but our friends were put in a studio. After coming to see our room and checking on the app that we had in fact booked the same room we went down to reception to confirm they had been given the wrong room. The receptionist was VERY rude and basically said they have no 1 bedroomed rooms as they are ‘over booked’ and they had no choice but to accept this room, they were given free air con, but that’s not the point they had paid for a room that they weren’t given. We found a couple of the reception staff to be very friendly, but there were 3 that were extremely rude for our whole stay (2 ladies, 1 guy) In the 1 bedroomed rooms there is minimal storage space, my son had to use the dining chairs for his clothes and zero storage for him, there isn’t enough for 2 people let alone 3. There is no hand soap provided in the toilet/bathroom, we had to go buy our own, surly this is a basic in a hotel? I requested an extra pillow as my sons was like a pancake, well you’d think that I’d asked for blood, and don’t even get me started when I dare ask for my towels changing….one of the polite receptionists point blank refused, but one of the lovely maids provided me with some. You only get 1 key card, even for a family so on one day when our son wanted a sleep in I asked reception for a spare so I could leave the electric on for him, once again this was point blank refused and was told to ask them to let them into MY room, what a joke!! We paid £1000 each for this hotel (B&B basis) and I’ll be honest it’s not worth half of what we paid. Would I return, 100% NOT!!! The 3 rude staff members were enough to put me off, the rest of the issues were just the straw that broke the camels back. We are a very well travelled family and I’ve never had issues like we had at this hotel. I don’t feel like I expect too much, I just exact what I’ve paid for and Antriotis did not meet our expectations of what we had paid for.

This is the 3rd time at this hotel but the last time was about 8 years ago. We decided to book a deluxe room in the main building and requested a certain room on 2 occasions, first time in person and second time by Facebook messenger (got no reply). We arrived at the hotel late at night and there was a grumpy reception guy who sent us up to our room! We pulled the suitcases up to our room whilst he watched as there was no lift and we had our elderly mother with us. We then arrived in the room and only 2 beds. The reception guy was very very rude stating that's what we had booked!! Of course it wasn't as there were 3 adults... he eventually went and looked for some sheets for us to make some sort of bed on a hard sofa. As previous reviews, there is barely any storage in the new rooms if there are more than 2 people. ** please also note they charge you an extra 10 euros a night for air conditioning *** even though we upgraded our rooms and were half board. Rooms are cleaned every day but towels and sheets changed every other day. There is no hairdryer or hand soap in your rooms so take these with you. We stayed half board but please note this is not a buffet and you only get to choose one meal from a menu. The staff in the restaurant are lovely but feel the menu does need looking at as no real healthy options for breakfast. The pool has been renovated since we were last there and is much nicer, but this is not heated. Sunbeds do get reserved despite signs all over but the hotel do not enforce this. Beach towels are not provided The location of the hotel is good and 5 mins walk from the main strip. We had a nice week but I would not return to this hotel as I feel there is much better. Maybe bed and breakfast would have been better.
