I had a spa treatment. The therapist named Kiki was simply excellent! Professional, kind and took care of my back at the highest level, the experience was amazing.

We stayed at the hotel for a week on an all-inclusive package, and we had a wonderful experience. The quality and variety of the food were impressive, and the staff in the restaurant and throughout the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The room service was excellent, and everything was very neat and tidy. We truly felt comfortable and would love to come again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus.

Got in early hours and unfortunately given the wrong room. This was rectified later that morning - we were upgraded and given late check out as an apology for the mix up. Food, drinks, pool, etc all good and no complaints. Would have preferred the air con to have stayed on constantly during the night - but it wasn’t that uncomfortable. Had a lovely time here and would recommend.

I would like to say don’t believe all the negative reviews this hotel is brilliant. On arrival we were greeted professionally and checked in very promptly, and given a huge room overlooking the pool with fabulous views room 104. It was very clean spacious lots of draws and space to hang clothes . Bed linen of excellent quality and towels new and fluffy . Fully stocked mini bar ( if you want it refilled you pay extra ) . Tea and coffee machines in room and a hairdryer in the draw . Toiletries in fixed bottles paraben free . The shower room was a little tight when opening the door , however we didn’t mind . Bed was so comfortable . There were also 2 flat screen tvs in room one opposite bed and one in the lounge area . The lobby bar was only two minutes and you could take drinks back to your room . Because the room was facing the entertainment on balcony it’s was great as we had front row seats no looking for seats in lounge . Food was of good standard always something different to choose . Plates warmed up so your food stayed hot when choosing . Prime cuts of meat vegetables and themed nights Mexican , barbecue etc . Breakfast excellent and coffee from machine was bean to cup fresh and a fresh orange machine . Staff everywhere were professional courteous and accommodating to your needs . The blue pool bar was excellent service . Great cocktails, wine , and morning iced coffee . We had Alacarte above the pool bar service ambience and food fantastic . The rooftop bar 7 is a must sushi platers matcha cocktails and view fantastic . It’s worth paying for just to have change is scene . Only one negative is same old situation with sunbeds . People getting up at 6 am reserving Cabanas in garden area and also sunbeds . Come on folk choose one or the other . We witnessed some arguments between guests moving towels to get in them etc . Pools get very busy with families garden area is more chilling and through the hedge is A beautiful beach if you want a change . Overall the hotel grounds are well kept clean and comfortable and the staff never stop working .
