The room was spacious and clean! Food and service were perfect!! Also visited the spa for a massage! Ask for Giancarlo! He was really nice!!

We enjoyed the hotel. Especially the kids' club with the lovely and kind staff that included Jennifer and her two friends. Our daughter really enjoyed coming and coloring and playing with the lovely staff. Thank you for the pleasant and sensitive attitude.

Had my first facial and massage with Giancarlo, and it was wonderful. My neck tension has been rough lately, and he really worked that area — I left feeling so much looser and more relaxed. He made me feel completely comfortable the whole time and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right. Thank you, Giancarlo

Our tablet was stolen from our room during our stay. We were shocked and upset, as we expected our belongings to be safe inside the hotel. This incident completely ruined our experience. We reported the theft, but we were disappointed with how the situation was handled. We strongly encourage future guests to keep their valuables with them at all times and not leave them in their rooms. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.
