Wow Wow Wow 🤩 - what a wonderful hotel, staff, pools, food, drinks, rooms - everything 5*++++ from start to finish - one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot😘 I emailed the hotel after I booked our holiday to ask if possible could we have a room on a high floor and to advise it was my husband’s birthday while we would be there. I got a prompt reply from Emilia and she was so lovely and helpful and advised they would note my request and my husband’s birthday. On arrival which was late, we were greeted by a lovely man on Reception, along with a welcoming glass of cold bubbly and sandwiches, wraps, fruit etc - a lovely touch after a long day travelling. Check in was quick and we head to our room which was on a high floor with a pool and sea view - just perfect for us. During our week’s holiday, we were met by the most happiest, mannerly and helpful staff we have ever come across - every single one of them were lovely. I can’t name them all but Yiannis and Dean from Restaurant and all their staff - blew us away with how they took care of us while we were in the Restaurant, always happy and no matter how busy they were, always had time for a quick chat - Yiannis did a great Scottish accent while chatting with us - so funny and Dean did a marvellous job of the wine tasting event in Reception - we loved it - he was very knowledgeable about the wine and we enjoyed the cheese and nibbles and chat with other holidaymakers. Gajendra round the pool was so happy and took our drinks order regularly and brought them to us - along with ice cream and cold cloths and the best calypso coffee I have ever tasted. Lenka, Nella and all their staff girls who looked after us in the lounge bar area every night - lovely, friendly, efficient girls - happy at their work and enjoyed a wee chat and laugh with us every night. Also, the buffet food is out of this world - the selection on offer was tremendous and we never once tired of the food on offer - the vegetables were cooked to perfection too - the 2 à la cartes are amazing too - again food wonderful and cooked to perfection - book these as soon as you arrive👌 I could go on forever about this hotel and staff but enough said - it is truly AMAZING - in fact it’s so good, we are returning on 31st August for a week and we can’t wait to see everyone again 😘😘

This is a 2nd visit having come here Easter 2025. What a fab hotel - literally can’t fault it ! Staff are what make this such a great hotel - so friendly and welcoming We stayed in a sea view suite , huge room and balcony with great views

Everything was excellent. Start from the room, the breakfasts, the treatments in the spa (Shetland was the best!!!) and all the facilities were very clean and beautiful

An amazing hotel, so very relaxing and the aegeo spa was amazing. Food superb and the wine tasting introduced us to New wines not available at home. I would recommend Costas to anyone who doesn’t know they need a deep tissue massage, he is a true professional and works magic.

Another amazing holiday at Atlantica Bay! Staff are amazing, so polite and attentive. Entertainment is good too! Loved the silent discos and the pool time quizzes. Also managed to win a couple of great prizes at Bingo. This is the second time at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The meal at the Sands was the best chicken I’ve ever tasted. Would love to come back. Special shout out to Dean, Danilo and Alex. The pool waiters are all lovely and couldn’t do enough for you! Well done Atlantica Bay - we had a fantastic time!!
