Atlantica Bay

This was a lovely relaxing hotel! The food was good, and the staff were amazing. A bottle of sparkling wine was left in our room as we had been there before...a nice touch. The bar staff were very attentive and served you at your table, and your sunbeds, so no queueing for drinks at any time. No mad rush for sunbeds, so a relaxing wake in the morning before heading down for breakfast. I left a note asking for only sugar free drinks in the mini fridge, and this was topped up every day with drinks and fresh water. Entertainment was low key, which we were ok with. However we were just before the summer season and it was due to liven up. We would happily return to this hotel.

Hotel is absolutely perfect. Welcome drinks of Prosecco upon arrival and fast check in. The food has been amazing, always something for everyone’s taste as well as a good vegetarian selection. Service is also excellent with drink orders taken poolside. The à la carte restaurant onsite serves delicious food. Again, three courses and a menu to suit everyone. The pool is beautiful, never any issue getting sun beds and plenty of options for both sun and shade with lots of parasols or generally shady areas if you prefer. The room is lovely, big walk in shower with both rainfall shower head as well as a hosed head option (for when you don’t want to wash your hair 😉) An iron and board is already in your room along with robes and slippers. The room was cleaned and fridge restocked with drinks daily. We only stayed five nights but could have (should have!) definitely done more. Very chilled vibes and chilled location so if you’re looking for party nightlife, maybe not for you. If you’re looking for a chilled, high end hotel, pick this one

We have just left Atlantica bay after a fantastic 7 night stay, summarised below: Room - clean, spacious, small balcony but enough for the two of us, mini bar restocked when used, Nespresso machine and pods provided (first four pods are free, after which a charge of £1.50 per pod applies), good shower, perfect number of hangers, safe available for use (the password resets each time you use it, so remember what you locked it with, unlike us who had to ask reception to manually unlock it for us!). Food - lots of choice for different preferences - breakfast was the same daily but lunch and dinner had a different theme each night, along with the standard soups, salads, bread etc. All food had allergy labels which was helpful. 4 - 5pm snack cart available by the pool providing either waffles, pancakes, hot dogs, kebabs etc. on each different day. Ice creams available at the pool bar. Classic all inclusive style drinks menu and alcohol available. If staying more than 5 days all inclusive, you can book a meal at the on-site A La Carte restaurant which we did on our last full night - bookable via the app or reception. The food and service were both immaculate and a nice change from the buffet. Staff - All friendly and helpful, couldn’t do more! We weren’t expecting to get waiter service around the pool but this was top tier, with the staff coming around regularly. Reception staff were great, as were the waiters in the restaurant and those around the evening entertainment area. You will need to provide your room number with each order. Travel - We got the bus directly opposite the hotel into Limassol, the buses of which are every 10-15 minutes and takes 30 minutes to get into town (€2, or €3 after 9pm). Beautiful harbour area with lots of bars and restaurants, however they were very busy and we got lucky to get a table, so would recommend booking in the busier months and if travelling in a group. Misc - Shop available on site with plenty of items if you’ve forgotten anything or want to get gifts to take home. Checkout is at 11am but as our flight wasn’t until gone midnight, we stayed around the pool all day and used the enclosed shower next to the pool toilets to freshen up, rather than pay for late checkout, which did the job. You can store luggage in a locked room behind reception for the day. Lots of cats who are well looked after and fed by the staff - one had got into a scrap whilst we were here and looked quite poorly; we reported to the staff who were aware and had the vet coming out to help. WiFi is excellent in and around the hotel. Beach is a two minute walk down some steps and there is a 6 mile path perfect for walking or running. A well equipped gym on site with air con. We had a great time and will definitely be returning, thank you!

Difficult to find fault with anything here. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Gorgeous views - beach just across the road. Rooms are lovely. Food great - no complaints at all. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from a 7 nights stay at the Atlantica bay hotel. We travel to Cyprus every year and this hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Our room had a mini bar that was stocked daily free of charge and a bottle of wine was in our room on arrival. The food was amazing!! There was lots of choice and the food was so fresh and tasty. My husband loved the different carvery each night. The hotel and pool area were spotlessly clean and we were given pool towels that were changed every other day to use at the pool. All the staff are so friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Sunil and Rani at the pool bar who were always smiling and so friendly and made sure we never had an empty glass. We looked forward to seeing your big smiles everyday you both made the pool area so welcoming. The entertainment guys work so hard organising activities during the day and in the evening. Our favourite was the silent disco!! I honestly cannot fault this hotel we had an amazing holiday and can’t wait to go back next year!!
