Atlantica Oasis Hotel

I had my first ever experience of Pilates yoga and water aerobics with a wonderful lady called Sephora. She was kind, attentive, extremely patient and even modified the exercises to make them easier for me to do as a first timer. I am 60 years am not in the best shape so would not dream of attending these classes in England. She was absolutely brilliant. I also had my first ever facials, massages and manicures at the hotel spa. I’ve had manicures in England and wasn’t too impressed. I had a manicure in the hotel spa. It was a lot better than the ones I’ve had in England. I also had my first ever professional massage and facial in the hotel spa. They were relaxing and totally luxurious. The hotel was lovely. Nice staff, Plenty of pools, and outdoor space, a great bar with great entertainment and plenty of lobby space to relax in. There was also a friendly and knowledgeable TUI Representative by the name of Gemma on site. She not only assisted at the hotel, she also had extensive knowledge of excursions, beaches, site seeing/cultural areas , shops and restaurants within the area which we found extremely useful. There was so much to do we didn’t have time to do or see it all during our stay. I intend visiting this destination and staying at this hotel annually. Perfect for a nice relaxing break.

Excellent. Location, 2 minutes walk to local bus stop and car hire. Quiet, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, nothing too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Well equipped. Value for money Reception staff very receptive, knowledgeable and friendly.

Booked through agent. A week before stay my wife urgently had an operation and had to postponed it. I contacted Hotel and a very polite lady accepted to change dates for later in March but when she tried to contacted agent she said they were negative. When I contacted agent (since I am a diamond member there) they contacted by themselves Hotel to change date, but Hotel denied considered it as a non show. Disappointed

Loved this hotel, it was very clean and the staff were amazing, big shout out to Anna who makes the bar come alive with her warm smile and personality, George in the restaurant was always helpful, warm and approachable, Raphael and the kitchen staff always friendly and helpful with the food. The reception staff were always very helpful and happy to help with information like buses and where to shop or visit,

I have had one of the best holidays here at this hotel. The food is amazing and flavourful, has a decent choice and the best all inclusive i have experienced so far. A few special mentions to some of the people who have made our experience really amazing. Anna the barmaid - she's so good at her job, she is very welcoming and easy to converse with i have enjoyed getting to spend time with her at the bar. George from the Restaurant, he is incredibly accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. The kitchen staff are amazing i didn't catch all of their names, Rafael and christakis, including the lovely man who made the best pizza 😋. The hotel reception staff are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Always say hello. Thank you 😊 I hope to come back one day.
