Loved this hotel, it was very clean and the staff were amazing, big shout out to Anna who makes the bar come alive with her warm smile and personality, George in the restaurant was always helpful, warm and approachable, Raphael and the kitchen staff always friendly and helpful with the food. The reception staff were always very helpful and happy to help with information like buses and where to shop or visit,

I have had one of the best holidays here at this hotel. The food is amazing and flavourful, has a decent choice and the best all inclusive i have experienced so far. A few special mentions to some of the people who have made our experience really amazing. Anna the barmaid - she's so good at her job, she is very welcoming and easy to converse with i have enjoyed getting to spend time with her at the bar. George from the Restaurant, he is incredibly accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. The kitchen staff are amazing i didn't catch all of their names, Rafael and christakis, including the lovely man who made the best pizza 😋. The hotel reception staff are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Always say hello. Thank you 😊 I hope to come back one day.

Staff are welcoming. Entertainment non existent. Food dreadful. Pool facilities dirty. Housekeeping poor.

The Spa at the hotel is absolutely brilliant. I had an aromatherapy massage by a lady named Queen . I must say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Her technique is amazing and invoked my whole body feet and head. I was totally relaxed and detoxed and felt calm and confident again. I would recommend you have a massage by Queen as it is a royal experience indeed. Happy holidays
