Atlantica Oasis Hotel

Fantastic hotel, definitely recommend. Location is not the best, but by no means the worst. There isn’t really a beach close by, but there is a little shop across from the hotel and a couple of bars within minutes walking distance, which make a nice change. We paid for the Catamaran cruise trip from the rep and this was brilliant. The food is lovely, with the only down side being that there isn’t much selection, but what you do get is good. Definitely try the BBQ, it’s a one time per trip restaurant and the food was lovely, lots of choice and a lovely Cypriot feel. They held a management cocktail reception one night where the hotel greet guests and hand out drinks and canapés, it was a brilliant atmosphere and a great touch. The entertainment in the evenings is brilliant for families, a kids disco and bingo every night with a different show on after. The staff are so friendly and pleasant with the kids. The only downside with the entertainment is there isn’t much going on in the day around the pool, and what does go on is more sports based and nothing is really communicated. We could see entertainers walking around but we had no idea what was on and what we could join in with. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable, I was really impressed with how clean everything was . Overall, a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Just returned from a 2 weeks stay, really enjoyed our stay, room was lovely and clean, more than enough choices with food, great bbq night too. A shout out to christianos he was fantastic and such a lovely guy, he went out his way to speak to guests in mornings, I loved when he did aqua aerobics made it funny and had quests around the poor taking part as well, willow loved his mini discos and we all enjoyed the bingo. Can’t wait to return 😀

Lovely hotel very clean with helpful staff the al a cart meal was really good .the main restaurant had some really nice food but the service was a little slow when waiting for your drinks actually never got what we ordered one night .but the bar was different very efficient. We met some lovely people Lara and Hue where fun and they enjoyed Steve's singing .but Hue does need to practice his Yorkshire hes rubbish lol.

Family of 3, We like a very slow relaxed holiday with a nice room, good food some drinks and a lazy attitude. Well boy did they deliver all staff even the ones that looked unaprochable were all lovely. The drinks were fine the food was delicious and the room was very nice. There are one or two small items that dissapointed me but they did not affect my Holiday and again the lovely staff at the hotel done everything they could to rectify any issues I had. There were a couple of staff members who were a bit more animated in customer service than others but it would be unfair to name them as everyone deserves good feedback. This hotel is highly revommended if you want a hassle free relaxed break. Just to note we at we drank we sunbathed nothing else as we enjoyed the hotel so much.

We returned yesterday from Atlantica. I’d like to try and apply some balance to my review. There were some great highs, but also some lows too. Positives: Food - not a bad meal was had, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack bar, BBQ, A La Carte, all were plentiful and flavoursome with plenty of choice. Smaller hotel - as the hotel is smaller it genuinely doesn’t feel busy. We rarely queued for anything, tables or bar etc. equally with sun loungers, yes, I headed down about 7:30 but I always had a good choice of the front of the pool. That said even by mid morning there were loungers set further back. Staff - for the most part all the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Daytime entertainment - the entertainment through the day was decent. The staff - Chris and his team were energetic and willing to engage with guests. Negatives: Cleanliness in certain areas - the stairwells, bins and carpet areas were not regularly cleaned. We did complain about the mess and the smell of the bins which prompted a clean up. Area - nothing to see or do in the local vicinity and not to mention how poorly kept it is. There’s a lot of worn down building an and building work was ongoing. Lifeguards - why have them? They never moved. They sit on their phones all day. Don’t watch guests in the pool. Hopefully no one will need assistance. Evening shows - very poor. There was a group of four girls in particular who did a couple of shows and it was a hard watch, sadly more so when the lady who sang started. I don’t wish to be rude but it wasn’t a great spectacle. During the cabaret night we witnessed many people leaving their seats and heading in doors before we also joined them. Cockroaches - many of these critters knocking around and sadly one in our room. Not pleasant to have and be running over your bed! Maintenance - attached is an image of a cupboard in our room, not locked and certainly not safe. Showing support and whatever else. Careless to have this open. All in all we spent a small fortune to have a week here. Did it represent value for money? No. Given the chance would I return? Again sadly not.
