Atlantica Sungarden Beach

We visited our favorite family hotel again. From the very first minute, the staff's greetings immersed them in the warm and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. Andri's manager is amazing! She provided us with a great room with a wonderful view of the sea. Two weeks passed like 1 day. We managed to travel all over the island, visited authentic villages: Meniko, Lefkara, Athenea. The Atlantica sungarden beach is getting better every year. Thank you and see you next summer! Thank you on behalf of the family!

The only good thing about this hotel is the view, can’t fault that at all, and the fact it’s close to the beach, some staff are extremely friendly some don’t say a word: the hotel itself is actually quite dirty, we moved one of the beds out as my son dropped a toy under there and the amount of dirt/ grim under the bed was pretty vile. Cleaners don’t even clean your room properly, still currently here staying 10 nights and I don’t think our bed has been changed once. The food is dreadful, haven’t enjoyed one meal since being here. It’s so dry and over cooked and no flavour at all. We’ve ended up eating out most nights. The kids entertainment is non existent. They have a kids time table but don’t follow it. There is no night time entertainment for kids, and the little bit that there was, was absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Again it’s not the staffs fault but there is serious room for improvement. Aiya Napa strip is also a short walk away. The only good thing for kids is the family pool, the kids have really enjoyed the time by the pool

This was our 3rd visit to this amazing hotel. This time, we brought along our adult kids and grandchildren. Initially we had booked Myself and Husband into a superior room with sea view, but having stayed in the bungalows previously, We felt we were missing out and asked if We could move, this wasn't a problem and was sorted quickly. Thank you, it was really appreciated. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are incredible ( even the one we moved from, it was our preference). The staff are friendly, big shout out to our lovely cleaners ( we were in room 859) There have been some refurbishments, since our last visit, a new pool bar where food can be ordered, I recommend the noodles, cooked fresh to order.The food in the restaurant is aplenty, with an addition of a live cooking station. The fussiest of eaters ( my grandson) won't go hungry. A special thank you to Costadinos and Alexandros. These lovely guys bring such a great atmosphere to the hotel with their friendliness and humour. Thanks for an amazing holiday and your hard work, We wish you a good season. We will be back.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the two amazing bartenders, Alexandros and Constiantos. They truly made my partner’s and my stay unforgettable. Their positive attitude, exceptional service, and ability to create such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere meant that we always looked forward to visiting the bar. Their famous Olivia Shots are simply the best we have ever had, and they quickly became one of the highlights of our holiday. Alexandros and Constiantos made us feel welcome from day one, and without them, the experience would not have been the same. The hotel itself is wonderful, but it is employees like them who make all the difference. We will definitely be returning, and we hope to see them behind the bar again. We recently stayed at Atlantica Sungarden Beach in Ayia Napa and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff truly treated us like family and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Their kindness and genuine care made our holiday extra special. I have gluten and dairy intolerances, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me find suitable food every day. The restaurant team were knowledgeable, accommodating, and always happy to check ingredients or suggest options, which made eating stress-free and enjoyable. Our room, 555, was absolutely lovely. Being on the top corner facing the sea gave us the most beautiful views, especially in the mornings and evenings. Although we experienced stormy weather during part of our stay, the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful and quickly brought us extra quilts to keep us warm, along with an extra pillow for me as I struggle to sleep flat. These little touches really showed how much they cared about guests’ comfort. The room was always very clean and well maintained. Due to the weather it became dusty quite quickly at times, but housekeeping did a fantastic job. On a couple of occasions we were missing a shower mat, but as soon as we asked one was brought straight away with no fuss at all. The entertainment team were brilliant and there was always something enjoyable happening during the day and evening. The atmosphere around the hotel was friendly, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff also made a huge effort to help celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, which meant so much to us and made our holiday even more memorable. The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well kept, with lovely gardens and stunning surroundings. There were always plenty of sun loungers available, the pool area was spotless, and it was great that complimentary towels were provided for guests to use by the pool and beach. The location is excellent too, with gorgeous sea views, direct access to beautiful coastal walks, and easy access into Ayia Napa. Despite being close to everything, the hotel still felt peaceful and relaxing. Overall, we had an amazing stay and cannot thank the staff and management enough for their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. They genuinely made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our holiday. We would happily return and highly recommend Atlantica Sungarden Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly holiday in Cyprus. Thank you to all the team.
