Atlantica Sungarden Beach

Arrived at the hotel late which meant we missed our evening meal and we were provided with sandwiches, fruit and cakes on our arrival,which was nice. Check in was very efficient. The room was spacious, clean and had afabulous sea view. Bed was very comfortable! Towels changed daily and room cleaned,beach towels provided in the room. The restaurant and bar service excellent, the staff are very friendly. The food is outstanding and I am a very fussy vegetarian. The drinks are very good, the cocktail list is very good. The frozen strawberry daiquiris were particularly good!! We had a meal at a la carte and it was amazingly good!! The Italian chef and his wife came out of the kitchen to greet guests, which was a nice touch. The waitress, Ana, was an absolute diamond, so smiley and welcoming and she couldn't do enough for you. What an enjoyable experience, one of the best a la carte experiences we ever had! The daytime activities were varied, I've particularly enjoyed zumba with Meta, as well as jenga and darts. She is very entertaining and we giggled a lot! Night time entertainment was good, particularly Natalie and Alex and Greek night with Maria!! They were so good, I danced all night!! The floor was filled with guests, they were so entertaining! The bar staff were very attentive, taking drink orders, we hardly ever had to go to the bar! From cleaners all the way to the management, the staff couldn't do enough for you. They worked incredibly hard to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. This was our first visit to this hotel and we will visit again, it's an amazing hotel in a brilliant location. Short walk from the hotel you can find an open air sculpture park which is worth a visit. Ayia Napa centre is within a walking distance from the hotel. Special thanks to Maria and George at reception who were always on hand to answer any questions we had,very helpful and professional. I recommend this fantastic hotel to adults as well as families. There are two adult pools and a bar if you fancy quiet area. The family pool is very nice and it had a bar as well as snack bar, which serves the most delicious snacks!! The children's club is excellent and the lady who is running activities there is very nice. I can't wait to be back in this lovely hotel and enjoy Cypriot coffee, expertly made by Christala,on the terrace with the breathtaking sea views. Thank you very much for the most enjoyable holiday and we will return to be spoiled again soon. Excellent hospitality!!

3rd time at this hotel and standards are still very high. It's a great hotel ideally placed with great views. It's staff are it's greatest asset though. Polite, helpful and genuinely happy to see and care for customers. Some staff we see from several years and the restaurant manager is a legend and shakes hands like an old friend. The food is probably the best we have experienced at any hotel, all inclusive or otherwise. I really do not understand why this hotel gets any negative reviews

The most amazing hotel. We arrived late at night and were met on reception by a lovely guy, sorry didn’t get your name, who told us the all inclusive bar was still opening and to get a drink and he would look after our bags. Once we had done this he personally escorted us to our rooms. The garden rooms were exceptional with lovely big balconies and sunloungers. Sandwiches and water were left in the fridge for us, along with a bottle of fizz. One of our party is a gym addict and he was was very pleased with the range and quality of the apparatus available. By far the best all inclusive food we have ever had, in terms of range and quality and general dining experience. Our rooms were spotless, well appointed and comfortable, with good quality towels. What really stands out however are the staff. All of which are friendly, helpful and always appear happy. We came 2 years ago and it is a testament I think that we recognised a number of them. Special mentions to Thomas (the most lovely, friendly helpful person ever) and Nikos in the bar (wouldn’t let you sit down for more than a minute before he was there with some coasters for your drinks), Lakis in the restaurant who always ensured the most amazing service (especially in the à la carte), the new bar tender Demetrius who was one of the best bar tenders I have ever seen, Barbara and Kamiri in the restaurant to name but a few - if I could I would name every one there. Lovely hotel, great location, superb food and cocktails. Just wish the pools were warmer at this time of year! Will be back

Location-brilliant, easy to get to anywhere you need to go Atmosphere-brilliant, everyone so good, you can have relaxing or fun and lively Rooms- brilliant, so clean, lots of room Value- brilliant value for money Cleanliness-brilliant, all round the hotel is very clean Noise levels- there are quite areas and lively areas - you choose Service- brilliant, everyone can not do enough you, there was one waiter who stood out Ahmad, he was amazing with everyone,

This hotel is exceptional, we've had a positive experience from the second we arrived. Staff especially are so friendly and accommodating. The Italian restaurant was beautiful ❤️ and the overall buffet food/dining restaurant was of a good variety. Different theme every day 😁. Stunning views and great location. We will be back next year 🥰
