What can I say..this hotel should be a 5 star graded one instead of 4..Set in a picture perfect location with numerous beaches and coves within a few minutes walk..A superb modern hotel and grounds kept impeccably clean all the time..Rooms are spacious and modern and some lovely finishing touches with a touch keypad controlling lights/air con etc. Lovely pools one for adults and another 2 for kids..Lovely massive jacuzzi right next to the adults pool..The grounds like the hotel are impeccably kept with loads of sunbeds spread round the pool and grounds..aside from the buffet there are a number of stand alone restaurants on the hotel grounds which the food is 5 star..There are plenty of small bars also..The staff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you whatever you need. Cannot fault this hotel and the staff..Will highly recommend and are planning a return visit.

My wife and I went for a weeks break. I am multiply disabled with 2 severe food allergies. We had the best week in a hotel we have ever had. I have travelled extensively with the Royal Navy and have never before experienced the level of care we got in this hotel. As a disabled person the hotel has done more than most other hotels to provide a really good experience. The quality of the room was exceeded by the quality of the food and the staff were just wonderful, kind, helpful, and never patronising or condescending. The quiet and helpful manner of all the staff speaks highly of the management approach to caring for their guests. One other point of excellence was the cleanliness of everything. This was simply the very best hotel we have ever experienced in our 70+years. Well done and please continue with your excellent provision of holidays

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel we usually go in September which I feel is a lot busier it was busy enough plenty of sun loungers maybe not directly at the pool but round and about the gardens. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned to a high standard. The food in the restuarants was plentiful and delicious plenty of choice at breakfast ,lunch and dinner. Was nice to see a few familiar faces too nice to see staff coming back to work at the hotel when the season starts up says a lot about the management on this your staff are a credit to you they work so hard and always have a smile and a wee chat good customer service keep up the good work the pool was heated at this time of year which is always a plus and the pool bar was excellent . It was my husband birthday the day we arrived but because we arrived late the next day he was to go to the coral bar where he was presented with a birthday cake a really nice touch.i can’t recommend this hotel highly enough so chilled and relaxed. Hope to see you all next year

First, the good news: the hotel itself is beautiful, both in terms of the grounds and furnishings and the rooms, and the housekeeping is fantastic. Thank you so much for our stay. The food was good quality, but not 100% excellent, just good. I was very pleased with the time we were given for breakfast and dinner. I would advise you to first calculate everything and weigh what is better: breakfast, half board, or full board. You definitely shouldn't go all-inclusive. This is not Turkey. You will be disappointed. The portions in the restaurants are very large, and if you plan to be active, then in Protaras, for example, they are larger, but also much cheaper, so it's not always worth eating at the hotel. Now for the downsides: the first is the huge number of children. If you are looking for a quiet holiday without screaming and shrieking everywhere, both in the restaurant and in the lounge area, you definitely shouldn't come here. The second drawback is the bane of all hotels, and this one suffers from it too: the sun loungers are littered with towels from early morning, and the staff does nothing about it. Furthermore, parents ignore the signs indicating this is an adults-only area and spend time there with their children. Otherwise, the hotel and its location are very good.

This was our 3rd consecutive year staying at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel, and it never disappoints! Everything was absolutely excellent, from the spotless cleanliness throughout the property to the extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. On top of that, the food was varied and delicious every single day. As loyal returning guests, we love this place and highly recommend it to anyone. (A small suggestion for the management: it would be a fantastic loyalty gesture to offer a complimentary late check-out for repeat customers). We will definitely be back next year!
