We had a wonderful stay at Cavo Maris Hotel in Cyprus! The food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The waiters were fantastic — friendly, attentive, and professional, always making sure everything was perfect. The hotel stands out for its top-quality services, exceptional attention to detail, and impeccable cleanliness. The staff are always happy to help with anything you need, making you feel welcome and well taken care of throughout your stay. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful sea views and a high level of comfort. There is also plenty to do for all ages, especially families with children. The hotel offers a children’s playground, an activity room with games, outdoor events and entertainment for kids, live music, aqua gym sessions, and a games room. The food, facilities, entertainment, and overall hospitality make this hotel a fantastic choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything is thoughtfully organized, and the beautiful seaside setting makes the experience even more special. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back!

안녕하세요, 머나먼 키프로스까지 여행을 계획하고 계신 한국인 여러분 키프로스까지 가실 생각이시라면 완벽한 휴향지를 계획하고 계실텐데요 키프로스에 대한 정보가 워낙 없다보니 막막하셨을 겁니다. 직접 다녀와보니, 치안도 정말 좋고(한국이나 여기나 다를게 없을정도) 숙소 근처는 유유자적, 근처의 aiya napa라던지 해안가를 따라 쭉 펼처진 해변과 동굴, 절벽 등 정말 푹 쉴수 있는 휴향지였습니다. 너무 휴향만 하면서 단조롭다면 바닷가에서 보트를 타거나, 유람선을 타거나, 패러세일링을 할수 있어요(다만 이건 바람이 안불고 날씨가 좋아야함). 인터넷에서 사전예약할 필요 없고, 그냥 가서 당일 예약하면 됩니다. 10월에 다녀왔는데, 반팔+반바지+바닷가 물놀이 가능합니다. 안추워요 저희는 protaras에 있는 cavo maris beach hotel에서 숙박하였습니다. 처음엔 그냥 좋아보여서 예약하고 방문했는데, 유람선 탔을때 이 근방 제일 유명한 숙소라고 소개해 주더라구요. 숙소상태 아주 깔끔하고, 직원분들 엄청 친절하고 숙소에 딸린 풀장 자유이용 / 옆으로 1~2분만 가면 해변이 있습니다 (해변은 자유 이용인데, 선베드 이용하면 관리원 선생님이 2유로 떼감) 숙소 내에 식당이 많아서 다 가보진 못했는데 (관광하러 간 만큼 대부분 근처 해변에 있는 식당이나, 점찍어둔 식당을 가니깐요) 음식 깔끔하고 맛있게 잘 나옵니다. 키프로스를 쭉 둘러보실 생각이라면, 렌트 빌리셔서 숙소를 여기로 잡으시고 니코시아, 키프로스 남부를 둘러보시는걸 추천드려요 (차로 1~1시간 30분 내외입니다). 오전에 느긋하게 일어나서 설렁설렁 다녀오고, 돌아오는 길에 숙소 근처에 있는 곳들을 한곳씩 들려보시면 아주 좋을겁니다. 다만 키프로스 서부까진 가기 힘들어요. 북부 키프로스도 염두해 계시다면, 여기선 가기 힘들고 니코시아 방문때 여권 챙겨서 green zone 걸어서 들어가보세요. (protaras에서 국경 통과하면 바로샤 지역인데 여행경보? 지역이라서 위험해보여요) 한국인 입장에서 키프로스 숙소 정보를 찾기 힘들어서 고민이 많았습니다. 다녀와보니, 여기 정말 좋습니다. 다른곳은 안가봤지만, 그냥 객관적으로 좋은 숙소라 딱히 다른곳과 비교해 볼 필요가 없을것 같아요. 키프로스까지 갔는데, 완벽한 숙소에서 완벽한 휴향을 하고 오세요. I'm a traveler from South Korea, practically on the other side of the world from Cyprus. It's surprisingly difficult to find detailed information about Cyprus in Korean. I originally wrote this review in Korean, but I enjoyed my stay so much that I didn't want other travelers to miss out on this wonderful hotel. So, I've decided to share my experience in English as well. **To all my fellow Korean travelers planning a trip to beautiful, faraway Cyprus!** If you're considering traveling all the way to Cyprus, I'm guessing you're dreaming of the perfect relaxing getaway. But with so little information available in Korean, planning your trip might feel a little overwhelming. Well, having experienced it myself, I can confidently say that Cyprus is an absolutely wonderful destination! First of all, Cyprus felt incredibly safe. As a Korean, I honestly felt just as comfortable walking around here as I would back home in South Korea. The area around our hotel was peaceful and laid-back, and nearby Ayia Napa offered stunning beaches, sea caves, and dramatic coastal cliffs. It really is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a proper holiday. If you're worried that spending all your time relaxing might get a little boring, don't worry. There are some of activities available, including boat rentals, sightseeing cruises, and parasailing (although parasailing depends on having good weather and calm winds). There's no need to book these activities online in advance. You can simply show up and make a reservation on the same day. (And here's a useful tip: We visited in October, and the weather was still warm enough for shorts, and swimming in the sea. It wasn't cold at all.) Now, about the hotel We stayed at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel in Protaras. To be honest, we originally booked it simply because it looked nice in the photos. But while we were on a sightseeing cruise, the guide actually introduced it as one of the most well-known hotels in the area. That was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself was excellent. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Guests can freely enjoy the hotel's swimming pools, and there's a beautiful beach just a one- or two-minute walk away. The beach itself is open to everyone, although there's a small charge of around €2 if you want to use a sun bed. There are also several restaurants within the hotel. We didn't manage to try all of them because we spent most of our time exploring the island and eating at beachfront restaurants or places we had already picked out. However, the meals we did have at the hotel were beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. If you're planning to explore Cyprus rather than staying in one place, I'd highly recommend renting a car and using this hotel as your base. From here, you can visit Nicosia and many attractions in southern Cyprus, with several destinations around an hour to an hour and a half away by car. Our favorite way to spend the day was to wake up at a leisurely pace, head out for some sightseeing without rushing, and stop by one or two interesting places near the hotel on our way back. It was a wonderful balance between exploring and relaxing. The only downside is that reaching the western part of Cyprus from here can be quite a long drive. If you're also thinking about visiting Northern Cyprus, it can be a little inconvenient from this location. I'd suggest bringing your passport when visiting Nicosia and crossing the Green Line on foot to explore the northern side of the city. Crossing into Northern Cyprus directly from the Protaras area would take you toward Varosha, which has a complicated history and certain restricted areas. Personally, I felt more comfortable recommending the Nicosia crossing instead. As a Korean traveler, I spent quite a lot of time worrying about where to stay in Cyprus simply because there was so little information available. But after experiencing Cavo Maris Beach Hotel for myself, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Of course, I haven't stayed at other hotels in Cyprus, so I can't make a direct comparison. But this hotel was genuinely excellent in its own right. The facilities, cleanliness, hospitality, location, and overall atmosphere were everything we could have hoped for. I honestly didn't feel any need to compare it with anywhere else. If you're traveling all the way to Cyprus, you deserve a truly wonderful holiday. Choose a beautiful place to stay, take your time, enjoy the sunshine and the sea, and make the most of every moment. For us, Cavo Maris Beach Hotel was exactly that kind of place. Yet again fantastic holiday this was my 13th visit to this hotel as always it’s been like home from home amazing friendly Staff so clean family came for the first visit all inclusive they were very impressed with the choice and quality of food and the hospitality

Definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and it is spotless, possibly the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The room we had was excellent with a fantastic view and great facilities and kept as clean as the rest of the hotel. Great location with the beach just a few meters away and Protaras within walking distance. The only slight negative for me was the All Inclusive was more Something's Inclusive so would go for the premium package next time as quite a few drinks, cocktails, bottled water etc and the restaurants not included, but having said that the buffet food, breakfast, lunch and dinner was good, but the hot food could have been kept hotter. All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel situated just by the sea with a nice sandy beach. We had a room on the third floor with a beautiful sea view. The hotel is well maintained with a good standard. We appreciated the dimmable ceiling lights in the room for evening comfort. If you want to enjoy som more hustle and bustle you can either take the bus (2 euros each way/3 euros after 9PM. Bus 101/102) or take a stroll (approx.2 km) along the coastline to Protaras. However the hotel has plenty of dining options. We enjoyed the Italian Abalone restaurant with excellent service and food several evenings. Good amount of sunbeds - so no need to rush in the morning. All in all no complaints. Would love to back another time.
