Our family has been coming to Chrystalla Hotel for 14 years now, and that alone says everything about how special this place is. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like family and genuinely cared for by everyone at the hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always warm, friendly, attentive, and happy to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and that personal touch is what keeps us coming back year after year. The rooms are always spotless, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel itself has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a large swimming pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi, and plenty of sun loungers so there is never any stress trying to find somewhere to relax. The food is also excellent with lots of choice and variation every day. Everything is fresh, delicious, and catered for all tastes, which makes dining here something we always look forward to. One thing we always appreciate is how safe and relaxed it feels here. We have visited for many years and have always felt completely comfortable and at ease both in the hotel and around the Protaras area. It is peaceful, welcoming, family-friendly, and perfect for a stress-free holiday. What truly makes Chrystalla Hotel stand out is the atmosphere. It feels welcoming, safe, relaxing, and personal in a way that many larger hotels simply cannot match. After 14 years of visiting, we still look forward to returning every single time. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making every holiday so memorable. This hotel deserves every bit of its excellent reputation.

This is our third visit to the Chrystalla Hotel,and definitely won’t be out last.The Hotel is spotlessly clean,has a great ambiance,run by a fantastic family,who take great care and attention,to ensure you enjoy your stay.The rooms are spacious,well looked after by the maids,and contain all the regular essentials plus some.The dining area is roomy,with choice of indoor/outdoor tables,the staff are very prompt in assisting you,should you require and tables cleared very efficiently.The pool areas has a pool for toddlers,a larger pool,and a medium pool that contains a jacuzzi type section,they are kept spotlessly clean,and are maintained every day,if you get a room with a sea view,you will have fabulous views of Fig tree bay,and the beach.The food offered is very varied,lots of choice,well cooked,healthy options,as well as delicious puddings and cakes etc.In my visits here,not once have I had reason to complain,nor have I seen or heard others do so,in fact totally the opposite,just lots of praise for the family run hotel.

What a lovely hotel and food was really nice different menu every day food was hot and very tasty with plenty of choices. The hotel is spotless and rooms well maintained we were on the 3rd floor but there was a lift, the pool area was spotless and plenty of sun beds, The staff are very friendly and very helpful they restaurant staff and maids are hard workers and reception staff, i can not find anything to complain about, just at least have one English channel on the TV. We will certainly holiday there again xxx

This was our 3rd time here. Going in August with daughter and granddaughter. I love it here .so clean and the food has got better each time we go. The staff are just brilliant from the restaurant staff bar staff and the house keepers..yes there are more hotel you can stay at .but for me it will be the chrystalla all the way . The management are just the best .the way they get stuck in with all the staff and how nice it is to see how much they care for them is very humbling. This is just like going to see family. See you all in August and already booked for September 2027.

Just back from our holiday and can’t praise this hotel enough. Great location short walk from Fig tree bay and the main strip. We rented a scooter and it was great to come back to the hotel which was clean and welcoming. We stayed half board and loved the food, especially Greek night. Lots of choice with salads roast meats. Drinks really reasonably priced. We had a sea view room which is worth the upgrade. We would have no hesitation in returning to this lovely hotel.
