This place has really gone down hill, only plus is the closeness to the beach and strip. Room basic, bathroom not great. Food, cold breakfast, dinner food ok, some tasty options but the atmosphere is terrible. Pool area has been extended which was lovely but the sunbeds are atrocious, old, broken, parasols need replacing but the worst thing is greedy people putting towels on and then going off gor hours, signs say they will be removed but not once did I see this, staff looked miserable all the time, the odd few spoke. Dont waste your money, been her 3 times and this was definitely the last. Shabby, roof top bar terrible, no toilets, please don't wade your money

Travelled for the first time on my own with my two young boys, one who’s severely disabled and in a wheelchair. I was extremely nervous but wow how amazing this hotel is. Room- absolutely lovely and clean and beds very comfortable, sea view was just amazing. Pool- lovely pool area with great snacks served throughout the day. Meals- breakfast is what you expect as h/b however the chefs went above and beyond and made fresh thick porridge every morning for my son( the lady even asked if everything was ok with us not being at breakfast one morning, that’s because my son had a really bad seizure that morning). The strip is literally round the corner, beach is facing the hotel and local supermarket 2 mins away. First time travelling alone with my boys and it was amazing the returning guests are also lovely and helped me with my son getting him in and out of the swimming pool. Thankyou Chrystalla for the best holiday ( my only negative is please invest in new sun loungers )

This is our 4th year at this amazing family run hotel our sea view room is perfect. Location is wonderful fig tree bay a few minutes to the beach 🏖️ and the crystal clear warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea perfect for swimming 🏊‍♀️ or snorkelling. Food here is very nice and themed nights too my favourite is Cypriot night . The strip is also close by and lots of entertainment bars and restaurants. Family oriented a fun fair and plenty for kids to keep them entertained. Protaras has lots to do for families and couples. Boat trips excellent value for money and seeing the turtles 🐢 was so special plesse remember give them space and don’t touch . Cyprus 🇨🇾 holds a social place in my heart ❤️

Perfect location to fig tree bay around a 2 minute walk to the beach , within 3/4 minutes away from the main part of the strip. The atmosphere at the hotel was a family friendly Vibe with perfect staff. The rooms were not massively big but was just right for the out family ( 2 adults 1 child ) newly renovated we stayed in room 515 perfect sea view. The value for money is great as you get breakfast and an evening meal for the placement of the hotel the standard of the hotel for the money paid was well worth it. The rooms and resort was very cleaned daily cleaned rooms and the cleaners are beyond lovely and always stock you up with whatever you need. Even though the hotel is located close to the strip there is no noise heard so is great to be able to go to sleep at 11 and not be kept up. The guests during our stay were nothing but lovely. The pool area is very clean and nice. We hope to return for summer 2027

On arrival we didnt know what to expect , as we normally go all inclusive and 4 plus stars . But we needn't have had any concerns. Hotel is kept extremely clean , and the food was very good for as they call it a budget hotel .Pool area in my opinion needs a few upgrades to bring it upto date . Such as walk in steps for the large pool similar to the new plunge pool has . Also sunbeds need cushions, which apparently they might be doing for next year . Bar around the pool was very good . Staff so friendly and helpful and the prices are below what you might expect to pay. When we stayed they opened the roof top bar , which was a fantastic addition to the hotel . It was well received by the guests, and we hope it's open more regularly. Location is amazing perfect for the beach and just a few steps from the strip . Would like to thank the head chef and his kitchen staff, for producing such a varied selection for evening meals. Can't praise his beef pie more than simply saying its as good as home cooking . Only little downside was people being very inconsiderate and leaving towels on the beds from the day before . Which the hotel did start to reacting to .saying all this we have booked again for next year . Just a quick thing, please try the coffee shop right outside . Miyu coffee shop is amazing coffee excellent milk shake and smoothies wonderful.
