First day of holiday wasted trying to get a room with sea view and balcony which we paid for, food poor, nice pool area, service for drinks with evening meal slow

We stayed here as a couple in June for 2 weeks, hotel has pros and cons. Good points For a 3 star food is very good, not a lot of choices but what we had was good. Had a sea view room looking over fig tree bay Room basic, clean tho. Beds very hard Not so good points Sunbeds are rubbish not comfortable at all, we bought 2 lilo beds to lie on There are 2 pools 1 very large one and a new smaller one with jacuzzi, just a chillest pool really, but kids had inflatable stuff in there and there wasn't enough room Should make the smaller pool adults only. Lunches are good and cheap as are the drinks. No comfortable chairs to have a drinks in the evening. Would I stay here again NO. better hotels in protaras, ok a little more money, but you get what you pay for.

Our 5th time staying in this wonderful hotel, It’s my happy place, 1st class service from start to finish ❤️. The location is amazing, the hotel is spotless, your room cleaned every day, food is excellent both breakfast and evening meal, the staff are all great friendly and hard working, people return to this hotel year in after year in me included, you can’t go wrong staying at this lovely family run hotel, see you next year. We've just got back from 14 days in this lovely hotel ,for a 3 star it's right on fig tree bay and the start of the strip, cleaners are amazing do a good job very friendly , the rest of the staff nice aswell apart from the man who comes round to order your drinks if your order alcohol hes ok but if its water not bothered,food ok plenty of choice i did think breakfast meals were Luke warm but they do have a microwave,rooms spacious, there's no entertainment but you have the strip, could not fault this place as its on a 3 star i would go back, pools nice plenty of beds .

Being twice in 2025 and 26 nice hotel superior rooms nice food good for a 3 star friendly staff and family owned not the best hotel in protaras but good for a 3 star and price at the top of strip by fig tree bay
