Perfect location to fig tree bay around a 2 minute walk to the beach , within 3/4 minutes away from the main part of the strip. The atmosphere at the hotel was a family friendly Vibe with perfect staff. The rooms were not massively big but was just right for the out family ( 2 adults 1 child ) newly renovated we stayed in room 515 perfect sea view. The value for money is great as you get breakfast and an evening meal for the placement of the hotel the standard of the hotel for the money paid was well worth it. The rooms and resort was very cleaned daily cleaned rooms and the cleaners are beyond lovely and always stock you up with whatever you need. Even though the hotel is located close to the strip there is no noise heard so is great to be able to go to sleep at 11 and not be kept up. The guests during our stay were nothing but lovely. The pool area is very clean and nice. We hope to return for summer 2027

On arrival we didnt know what to expect , as we normally go all inclusive and 4 plus stars . But we needn't have had any concerns. Hotel is kept extremely clean , and the food was very good for as they call it a budget hotel .Pool area in my opinion needs a few upgrades to bring it upto date . Such as walk in steps for the large pool similar to the new plunge pool has . Also sunbeds need cushions, which apparently they might be doing for next year . Bar around the pool was very good . Staff so friendly and helpful and the prices are below what you might expect to pay. When we stayed they opened the roof top bar , which was a fantastic addition to the hotel . It was well received by the guests, and we hope it's open more regularly. Location is amazing perfect for the beach and just a few steps from the strip . Would like to thank the head chef and his kitchen staff, for producing such a varied selection for evening meals. Can't praise his beef pie more than simply saying its as good as home cooking . Only little downside was people being very inconsiderate and leaving towels on the beds from the day before . Which the hotel did start to reacting to .saying all this we have booked again for next year . Just a quick thing, please try the coffee shop right outside . Miyu coffee shop is amazing coffee excellent milk shake and smoothies wonderful.

Got back from 2 weeks here on 11th August 2026, family of 5, we had the best holiday and the hotel is location is perfect, when booking there was only 2 rooms available for our family size which would mean our family being in separate rooms, which is difficult for us with a little one, a lot of hotels don't have rooms big enough for 5, the hotel were really accommodating and gave us a family room and put a extra small bed in for my youngest which allowed us all to be together I emailed regarding this a year in a advance and to be honest I didn't expect the hotel to be able to make this happen with it being peak season so I had no expectations regarding this request , when we arrived at the hotel late at night we were greeted with a lovely note from management which highlighted they were able to meet our request which we were so appreciative of and instantly relaxed me as a anxious mommy . The pool is lovely, yes you have to get up early to put your towels down but as long as you do this before 8am you would always get a bed, as we have little ones I did feel the need to ensure I was doing this with having 3 children and needing to be able to have them in my view at all times which would support a little relaxation for myself and my husband but this is typical brits abroad and you expect it lol, sunbeds yes some are uncomfortable and I would say they do need replacing at some point but I wouldn't say it's the be all and end of the hotel, half board food I think was fantastic they was always something for all of us and it was better food then a lot of all inclusive hotels I have stayed at, we was there for 2 weeks so of course it gets repetive we mixed it up with eating out and eating in the hotel, food wise for a budget hotel I didn't have much expectations before arrival but we was all pleasently surprised with the food choice and quality of the food! , Bar prices and snack menu I though was so reasonable and the food and drinks again was lovely, cocktails, ice coffees and food portion sizes were a big hit with our family, the hotel is a very quiet hotel and it had a lovely family feel, staff and cleaners were friendly and the location on fig tree is amazing, at the bottom of strip within close walking distance to all shops and bars, I don't no how any one can moan about this hotel, when you compare the price of this hotel to others in the area it's no brainier and if you want 5 star pay the price! We can't wait to visit again, we visited protarus Cyprus 10 years again before having children and coming back we honestly had the time of our life's and so did our children, favourite holiday destination by Miles, thankyou for a lovely stay at your hotel, memories were made to last a life time ❤️

I LOVE this hotel, the location & the staff are amazing & it feels like home!! I wanna start with the negative cause there is only one but it needs to be reviewed, the time you need to get up to put towels down at the poolside is absolutely nuts our first night there I set my alarm for 7 but I woke at 6 and went down & thankfully i did as most of the sunbeds were taken, so for the rest of the holiday it was the same every morning 5/6am to get a bed and to make things worse we were put in a room next to the lift where people were up and down from 4.45am it is the only downfall of the hotel but it needs sorting!! Back to why I will & will always stay at the chrystalla when in protaras, the staff are absolutely fantastic they work their socks off day after day to make sure the guests are happy and are full of smiles even if it gets to much they never show it, the family who own it are so lovely & when their own families come to spend the day at the pool the atmosphere is beautiful really shows what an incredibly family run business it is. The rooms are clean & spacious just what u need for a long stay & the aircon is outstanding! The cleaner on floor 2 was wonderful so happy & made our room sparkling everyday so much credit to them. Cant comment on the food as we eat out most evenings as the strip has so much to offer. Cant wait to be back again so thank you all & see you soon :)))

Stayed here with family in a sea view family room. Great view, nice big room for four of us. The food wasn't as bad as some reviews made out. Breakfast got boring, only so many times you can eat a cooked breakfast lol. There were other things like cereal, porridge and fruit. Pool area big, but the sun beds need upgrading as they hurt like hell. First week you could go down at 7am or after and get a bed. Then the week after people were leaving their towels out from the day before which was mad. The hotel soon put posters up to warn people not to do it. Staff work hard and are friendly. Madri, Keo and Koppaberg on draught, plus lots of cans or bottles to purchase. Snack bar food was mixed. The pizza was good but the wraps not so. We definitely would come back again as we have enjoyed our holiday here, plus fig tree bay is a 2 min walk from the hotel.
