Evabelle Napa Hotel Apartaments

The hotel is quite central the sofa beds are like sleeping on floor, but the staff in the hotel bar and reception are wonderful, they are so helpful and friendly. Cleaning of rooms not great if honest do not think ours got swept all week, but i clean our room daily so would of been nice if a sweeping brush could be left in room. Quite noisy but overall a nice place the staff make it.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Evabelle Napa Hotel last month (mid-March 2026) for eight nights and I cannot fault this venue. From the simple check-in to the check-out by the delightful Diana, the reception staff were fantastic. This being my sixth visit to Ayia Napa, I already knew my way around the local area, but the staff went out of their way to point me in the direction of the better priced supermarkets to stock up on basic essentials for a self catering apartment. Go up the hill to the supermarket on the corner for the best bacon. The apartment itself (201) was impressively clean and tidy and had a great sea view over Katsarka Beach from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchenette hobs and overhead extractor and sockets (UK three pin now) all worked perfectly and the bathroom was impeccable, to the point that I felt I had to clean up everywhere after me so as not to feel guilty about making the lovely cleaners do more work than they should. I also loved the fact that opening and closing the balcony door dictated the status of the air-con unit, which incidentally was free to use, along with the Wi-Fi on multiple devices. Additionally, if like me you are a light sleeper, the traffic from the main road cannot be heard through the locked balcony patio doors. The pool area holds the sun at this time of year for about six to seven hours and you can relax there from 10am to 6pm after the breakfast run. The restaurant and bar staff are, once again, the most accommodating guys you could meet. I took up an offer of a chefs choice of an off menu pork stew at one point and it was delicious. I grabbed a few other bits from the restaurant that were just as tasty. I had a friend who lives in Larnaca visit on the second day I was there and he was royally impressed, not just with the free car park below the hotel, but all of the facilities available in general. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, especially as it has been recently refurbished, negating some of the previous reviews on here dating back a some years now. Paul DS

We stayed a week in November. We arrived at midnight and the night receptionist checked us in. Myself and partner had a room on the first floor overlooking the side road and our friend had a room overlooking the front. Room was clean and tidy. There was a kettle and 2 cups. Would be nice to have a complimentary coffee or tea to welcome us. Beds were really comfy, air conditioning worked well. Lovely hot showers, clean bathroom. The buffet breakfast was nicely laid out, very good value for €7. The only slight complaint was the milk for the cereals was room temperature, would be good to have chilled. We had several drinks at the pool bar over the course of the week, very friendly staff and reasonably priced. All in all i would recommend this hotel, thank you for a lovely stay

a good aparthotel in an excellent location... spacious rooms with large terraces, hygiene at an enviable level...really warm recommendations

The location of this hotel is just right, close enough to walk to everything, but just far enough away to be on the quiet side of things (apart from some inconsiderate guests who talk loudly and laugh in the corridors late at night, and don’t seem to know how to close a door quietly!) Breakfast is €7 for a buffet, reasonable selection of food although the same every day, quality of food is OK, quantities excellent! Lovely pool, with kiddies section, bar right beside the pool, and a pool table. Large reception with seating and a bookshelf. I had a studio room, good size, decent size TV (although no English language channels) it did feel a little sparse though maybe a few pictures or some artwork, or just a single coloured wall perhaps? Excellent shower room with plenty of hot water and a decent shower! There’s also a kitchenette if you want to cook yourself, although not a great deal in crockery, glasses, etc. - could do with popping to IKEA for a few bits! But the room was clean, the bed comfortable (firm) and there’s daily housekeeping. My room fronted a road which was (at the weekend) a bit noisy with boy-racers and selfish idiots playing loud music driving by! Maybe book a pool view room if you’re a light sleeper. Overall though a great stay, with lovely staff, who are very helpful and accommodating. Would I stay here again? That’s a yes!
