Evabelle Napa Hotel Apartaments

The location is probably the only real positive. The hotel is within walking distance of the fun fair and Musan Beach, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing. The hotel is quite literally in shambles, and the biggest issue is the lack of basic cleaning and maintenance. Cleaners frequently did not show up at all. When they did, towels were either not replaced or only partially replaced. On one occasion, after the room had supposedly been cleaned, I found long black hair in the shower. The shower itself has good water pressure, but the design means water goes everywhere. There is no mop or anything provided to dry the excess water, so the bathroom quickly becomes wet and dirty. The humidity is also extremely high, and there is visible mould throughout the bathroom. This is particularly frustrating because these issues could clearly be prevented with regular maintenance, ventilation and proper cleaning — none of which seem to be happening consistently. There is also a serious safety concern with the electrical meter. Cables are visibly sticking out and the installation does not appear to be properly enclosed or maintained. It is something you definitely do not want to get close to, and frankly it made me uncomfortable having it in the room. The kitchen is poorly equipped, with very limited storage and insufficient utensils even for basic cooking. The bathroom also has virtually no storage space for toiletries, and shower gel is not provided. The reception staff were generally okay, although there appeared to be a language barrier at times which could make some interactions feel a little standoffish. Overall, the location is good, but that cannot compensate for the condition of the property. This place desperately needs proper cleaning, regular maintenance and attention to basic standards

Had a lovely stay here central to everything and a shop downstairs with a lovely lady who is very helpful giving info on the places and how to get there the food served in bar area was nice and we had no problem getting a sunlounger .I travelled here as a solo parent with my two children and felt very safe .we had a huge balcony which was a bonus the kids loved it .the sheets and towls changed every 3 days and bins emptied every day if you get a chance do visit Tony's taverna and farmers for dinner it realy is nice food the beach is a bit rocky but sandy bay is a twenty minute stroll which is a bit nicer but for the best beach jump on the 102 outside the apartments and head for nissi beach which is stunning all in all a great stay and would love to return soon .

We had an amazing time at Evabelle. The location on Nissi Avenue is close to the nightlife, restaurants, and beautiful beaches, but still quiet enough to get a great night's sleep. The outdoor pool area is excellent for relaxing, and the entire property is kept incredibly clean. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ayia Napa!

My stay at Evabelle Hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. During my stay, I was robbed. Around €300 in cash was taken, along with a substantial amount of clothing, girls' jewellery, and an expensive watch. Losing so many personal belongings completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. What made the situation even more concerning was that the cleaners continued entering our room despite us having the "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed on the door. This made us feel that our privacy was not being respected at all. When we reported the theft to the hotel staff, they were extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. Instead of showing concern or taking the matter seriously, they offered very little assistance, which only added to our frustration and disappointment during an already stressful situation. I understand that hotels cannot always prevent theft, but guests should be able to trust that their rooms will be respected and that staff will respond professionally if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at Evabelle Hotel. Based on what happened, I would not recommend staying here and would strongly advise others to keep all valuables secured and think carefully before booking. And this review is being reported by the manager because of the truth that is being spoken I will continue to repost this review as shop keeper and taxi drivers have informed us this is true

Had the best time at evabelle, young crowd but well behaved, weather was nice so we spent most day at the pool or at the beach. Location is fantastic
