The wind of Change (Song from the Scorpions) has reached this Hotel a long time ago. It is an was a long process. I am a frequent guest in this Hotel longer than 10 years with more than 20 stays in this period. Because of this I can judge the development more than some of the Managers. Many of them have changed or got exchanged. These changes belongs to what has changed. The Staff makes a good Hotel and not the Building or its cover. That is why the former concept was like the Headline of a Newspaper: " We are all one family!" Plenty of the staff have cared about each guest and so several of these guests returned and felt like coming home. This time has passed. Our last stay was in May, 2026. When exiting the Taxi there was no warm "Welcome back!" The staff (Doormen) has changed. When entering the Lobby (Entrance Hall) there wasn't a big Bouquet of Flowers in the middle. Searching for it we have found a few Flower Pots in front of the Luggage Storage room like decoration for INSTAGRAM. There was no Welcome from a Member of the Management like in the Past mostly done by the Guest Relation Manager, Mr. Alkiviades. We met him 6 days later. He won a Medal as the best Guest Relation Manager on the Island. But now he is working less and sooner or later he will get retired. Later Marios, Manager, appeared and we sat down to have a Welcome Drink. The waiter appeared and has asked for our room number to charge it.. Later I went to the Toilet Ground Floor, it was dirty. A cleaning Lady appeared and I wanted to inform her. But this Asian female Cleaner, looking like Chinese, was unable to understand and speak English. The flower Bouquet in our room was excatly one blossom. In the past there was a Flower Bouquet. The female Maitre of the Hotel, Stalo, we have met one time. In former time Lenia, also Maitre de Hotel, has cared daily about us. Now she has retired. The floors were renewed and are looking great. The new Elevators are also looking perfect. But the rooms still were not renovated and the Design is more looking like IKEA. Opposite the prices are high. May, 12th in the Tropical Restaurant I have ordered SEABASS CRUDO, 28 €. There were 6 pieces in the size of stamps inside. I got asked about my satisfaction and informed the head waiter that I am totally unsatisfied with it. But there was no compensation and even not a sorry. I wanted to use the Hotel App and needed to fill in my NAME and Room Number. The Software has written that my name or room number is wrong. The Staff at the Reception was helpless and sent the Technician to the Room. He started the TV where my Family Name was written. WELCOME + Family Name without SALUTATION. None is controlling all of this. Software problems are excisting since years. In the VISTA BAR guests were somoking Electric Cigarettes and on the Terrace the Kentia Palm fronds were brown. Children were throwing the Breakfast into the water to feed the expensive Koi Karps. Who cares? This is the result which leads to a 3 Star Rating now.

Great to be back at my second home - truly cannot explain the feeling and love I have for this hotel and staff - who many I now call family! Fabulous 5 night visit - pure luxury as always. The service and attention to detail from all members of the Four Seasons team was outstanding - true credit to their Management Team and Leaders. Many people ask me why I return every year (sometimes more than once per year) - this was my 38th visit and having travelled here for 20 years it still gets better and better - truly excel as a property, resort and as an outstanding provider of 5* luxury to every customer/guest. Fantastic restaurant options, superb pool areas, beautiful rooms and suites. Having recently introduced this resort to my partner in 2025, this always has been and will continue to be my HAPPY PLACE. I will continue to visit every year - again in October this year and April 2027 already booked - with family members who have not yet had the pleasure of visiting. Special mentions to Nick, Yiannis, Costas, Andreas, Maria, Marios, Desi and Luis - thank you for taking such good care of us and going above and beyond as always - and continuing to be true friends/extended family! Amazing stay as always. Staff are so friendly and can’t do enough to help make your stay super relaxing! Hotel is stunning, rooms are top notch and nothing is too much trouble. Andreas and Dessy are super guest hosts and love a good chat, very special people. Also shout out to Louis who always goes above and beyond at the look bar! Thank you to all at the Four Seasons 🥰
