Four Seasons Cyprus

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate New Year and enjoyed seven wonderful nights. Although we have visited this hotel many times before, it never fails to impress. Everything was exceptional. The staff are fantastic from the moment you arrive until the day you leave. The reception staff greet you with smiles, friendly conversation and welcome guests back or if it’s guests first visit, they caringly guide them through check in. You immediately feel like you are in safe hands and your relaxation begins. They continue this exceptional customer service all through your stay, should you need any assistance, guidance or information. Throughout the Hotel It is lovely to see the new, younger team members continuing the hotel’s tradition of outstanding customer service. The facilities, comfort and high quality of the bedroom and bathroom, the beautifully maintained public areas both indoors and outdoors, the excellent restaurants and Vista Bar all contribute to a wonderful experience. The Tropical restaurant is a fantastic start to the day. Breakfast offers a huge selection of quality food and drinks with a myriad of flavours and colours; it is not to be rushed! Evenings in the Tropical also offer a fantastic selection of food and drinks, with a menu that offers something for all tastes and age ranges. A special thanks to Patricia, Matvei and Nina. Food allergens are very clearly labelled and all the staff in the Four Seasons restaurants are very helpful and eager to assist. They provide a great balance of well-trained professionalism together with friendliness and consideration. I would highly recommend Colors as it offers something completely different and has a fantastic vibe. A special thank you to Pau who helped me make my food selection for an allergy. He was friendly, professional and so patient. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The Oriental restaurant food and service was fantastic. Thank you to Maria for looking after us. We celebrated New Year’s Eve with friends in Sera. It offers a beautifully presented, elevated dining experience and is well worth a visit during your stay. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food, service, room and entertainment were all exceptional. We really enjoyed the brief visit by the magician, Jo Merlin. We would usually say we are not magician people, but he was friendly, talented and entertaining. He certainly added to the evening and helped create friendly interactions between guests at different tables, especially those with children. The Vista Bar is the heart of the hotel, where the highly efficient and friendly bar staff make every guest feel welcome. Special thanks to Andreas, the guest relationship manager for his kind, caring commitment to guests’ enjoyment, it is truly exceptional. Also, thank you to everyone who made our stay so amazing and memorable. Cypriot hospitality is second to none and the Four Seasons truly goes above and beyond to offer genuine care and consideration. Wherever we travel, this is the benchmark hotel by which we measure all others. We cannot wait to visit again and would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing holiday where you truly feel part of the family.

Four Seasons is a beautiful hotel with a luxury feel throughout, we stayed to celebrate my birthday and although the hotel was quiet due to recent issues in the Middle East it did not dampen our stay. We stayed in a superior sea view room which was well appointed and very comfortable, complimentary bottle of Prosecco and birthday cake was a lovely gesture too. We enjoyed a tour of the hotel with Lana the Trade Sales Manager to view some different room types and a suite all are finished beautifully and all individual in design, we enjoyed fresh sushi for lunch in the cafe attached to the hotel and dinner in the onsite Italian which was also excellent. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Limassol.

I have stayed in many hotels across the globe but the Four Seasons is one of the best. It also rivals many in Dubai. The staff are brilliant and obviously love working in this hotel as is evident by their joyful demeanor and cheery outlook. And I do mean ALL staff. Whilst I should like to name all staff,a wee bit impossible ! ! , Two people I must mention are --- Firstly-- DESI Guest Relations Officer who went beyond the call of duty to make me and my wife's stay absolutely superb. She is a beautiful and lovely girl and so professional. Secondly--- Andreas --- Guest Relationships Manager who is a most wonderful man with the greatest sense of humour and professilism I look forward to returning to the Four Seasons very shortly.

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Cyprus was a perfect one! The hotel was excellent and the staff were brilliant and extremely helpful and friendly. Great food all round and my room was really nice! I will always stay at the hotel whenever I'm in Cyprus! Fantastic hotel managed and serviced by fantastic people!

Having spent decades navigating the quieter corners of the world, I value discretion, calm, and genuine hospitality. Four Seasons Hotel Limassol delivers all three. Removed from the tempo of package tourism, it offers refinement and serenity. The staff were exceptional: intuitive, gracious, and unfailingly professional; no request was ever too much trouble. Housekeeping maintained impeccable, truly five-star standards throughout. Breakfast deserves special praise, both for its remarkable quality and the breadth of choice, presented with elegance and care. Service was the finest we have experienced. A rare, civilised sanctuary.
