From the moment you walk through to reception you are well looked after. We chose to make the journey on our 25th Wedding Anniversay to make wonder memories . This is by far the safest and best hotel with caring staff, which go above and beyond to make your stay rememberable. On arrival you are provided with a card to reserve your sunbed wherever you choose either by the pool or on the beach. This hotel there are no extra deposits like other hotels we have stayed at in Cyprus. We stay all inclusive and its worth every penny. The entertainment was really good especially with Matthaios traditional dancing on Thursday nights wow! The location suits our family since its easy to jump on the bus either to go to Larnaca or Ayia Napa. All the staff are a asset's to The Golden Bay. They are the reason we choose to return to The Golden Bay and already planning our next visit back. What can i say. It is a fabulous 5 star hotel. The warmth and frendliness of staff is amazing. The food, the rooms everything is amazing I cant wait to come back in September.

Very dated rooms definitely not 5 star. Food is very over cooked and tasteless. Rude pool attendants Thank god only here 24hrs
