Golden Bay Beach Hotel

Home after yet another wonderful stay at our favourite hotel ! As returning guests our arrival is seamless, and just highlights exactly why we choose to have our main holiday here every year. Our preferred room, reserved sunbeds, fantastic staff who are our friends, excellent breakfast (we stay b&b), wonderful cocktails....the list is endless. Thank you to everyone at GB who look after us so well, looking forward to seeing you all again in October xx

Me and my family were taken to this hotel by Tui after our flight home was cancelled. Was grateful for somewhere to stay for 24 hours but this hotel I don’t know how its got a 5 star rating as the room we were given 517 didn’t look anything as showing online. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner the selection was poor especially for children, any food that was under the heat lamp was cold, must of been cooked a couple of hours before restaurant opening, no joke. The hotel has a pub inside called the Shakespeare that was showing the World Cup which was great but as I stood at the bar to order, I was told the bar is closed and I would have to get drinks from the bar on the next floor up and carry them back to watch the match which I did as did others I couldn’t believe as this is meant to be 5 star.

We recently returned from a vacation at the Golden Bay Beach Hotel in Larnaca, and the overall experience was simply excellent. If we return to Larnaca in the future, this will undoubtedly be our top choice. Here are a few highlights that made our stay so memorable: Top-Notch Service: The hotel staff is absolutely wonderful—incredibly service-oriented, polite, and welcoming. They are always available, and there are always plenty of staff members around ready to assist with a smile. The Room: We stayed in a very spacious, clean, and comfortable room. A great bonus was the mini-fridge, which was restocked with fresh complimentary water every single day. Superb Dining: The food at the hotel was fantastic! The meals were incredibly abundant, diverse, and absolutely delicious. Facilities & Connectivity: The gym is excellent—it is large, clean, well-organized with a great variety of equipment, and best of all, it's open 24/7. The Wi-Fi is highly stable and strong throughout the entire property, working perfectly even down on the beach! Location & Transportation: The location is very convenient. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you straight to the Old Town, as well as a local taxi stand on-site. Minor Downsides to Consider: The only real drawback was our room's location directly above the lawns. During the evenings and late-night hours, the loud music made it quite difficult to fall asleep. Additionally, a private cocktail party was held during our stay that we weren't allowed to enter, which was a bit disappointing as hotel guests. Bottom Line: Despite the minor noise issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The outstanding service, great food, and excellent facilities make it all worth it. Highly recommended!

From the moment you walk through to reception you are well looked after. We chose to make the journey on our 25th Wedding Anniversay to make wonder memories . This is by far the safest and best hotel with caring staff, which go above and beyond to make your stay rememberable. On arrival you are provided with a card to reserve your sunbed wherever you choose either by the pool or on the beach. This hotel there are no extra deposits like other hotels we have stayed at in Cyprus. We stay all inclusive and its worth every penny. The entertainment was really good especially with Matthaios traditional dancing on Thursday nights wow! The location suits our family since its easy to jump on the bus either to go to Larnaca or Ayia Napa. All the staff are a asset's to The Golden Bay. They are the reason we choose to return to The Golden Bay and already planning our next visit back.
