Wonderful stay at Grand Resort! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, well-maintained, and always smells amazing. The food was delicious, and all the staff were kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Yiannis at the Pool Bar – he is outstanding! Always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the guests. His service made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The spa experience in the hotel was amazing! Both the body massage and facial were delivered with high professionalism. I would highly recommend Katerina & Panos.

I rarely write reviews, but after this stay I feel it's warranted. Disclaimer: the service staff were genuinely lovely – friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. They deserve real credit, and it's a shame the rest of the experience didn't match their effort. Because in my view, the hotel does not live up to the review score and 5 star rating. 1. Noise: The building is old, walls are very thin. Doors, conversations, and the cleaning staff were all clearly audible, making restful sleep difficult. Highlight: There was also a wedding party with seriously loud music until early on the morning. 2. Cleanliness: The pool and sanitary areas, as well as the floors, were in a condition we found disappointing. 3. Food: There is lots of choice. Greek salad/cheese is nice. Otherwise, the quality at the restaurant didn't convince anyone. 4. Careless cleaning / reception: During cleaning, one of my earpieces went missing from the room. When I raised this at reception, it was treated as a joke and nothing was done to look into it. 5. Guest conduct: litter around the facilities, unfriendly treatment of staff, and smoking (including cannabis) in indoor areas. Very cool for families. The service team aside, anyone who values quiet, cleanliness, and a genuine 5-star experience should read the other reviews carefully.
