The location was very convenient and had a great view of the beach from our room and the atmosphere was relaxing the rooms very nice and clean. Very good service and the staff was very helpful

The location was amazing, i really enjoyed our stay the staff was very welcoming especially Mio at the bar. The ouzeria restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food is very tasty. The atmosphere was not very crowded as we were informed it was the end of the season so we loved the calmness. We will be back

I stayed in room 124 with my mother and my 3 year old daughter between November 15th and November 20th, 2025. We booked and payed for a 7 night stay in a superior room with panoramic sea view and half board, but decided to leave in the middle of the night November 20th. All of us suffered bite marks all over our bodies, with inflammation and severe itching. At first I thought it was mosquito bites, before we realized it was bed bugs. When I called the reception at 2 am November 20th and asked for another room, the receptionist replied that he will send housekeeping in the morning to ”check it out”. Like the housekeeper has the knowledge and equipment of an pest controller to combat bedbugs. I replied that the bedbugs won’t stop to bite. He then offered a room on the fifth floor. The fact that I had to argue for another room in November and the high probability of the spread of bedbugs in other rooms made us leave at 2:30 am in the morning. The receptionist said that the manger will contact us the next day. But the manager never did. I sent the hotel an email, but I haven't heard back yet. A physician with expertise in the field has verified that the bites were caused by bed bugs. The doctor also prescribed medicine for us to relieve the symptoms. This stay has been the worst hotel experience ever in my 40 year life. And it cost me more than 2200 euros. Don’t book this hotel! Compared to Amathus and Four Seasons, this hotel is barely a 3 star, rundown, dirty place. Nothing grand about it.

As the hotel names suggests, this is indeed a ‘grand’ hotel. Less than 1-hr transfer from the airport. We came just out of season because of a last minute cancellation to our other holiday which was a bit of a bummer as all but one of the speciality restaurants were closed but with it being quieter the treatment from all the restaurant and bar staff has been exceptional. Would specifically like to mention Yiannis, Ganesh, Subin, Ram, Lefteris, Michael, Nikoletta and Sasha. Rooms were great and had a lovely sea, pool and garden view. Avg temp around 21-26 degrees which was a little on the cooler side, especially with a breeze. A dip in the sea is the better option over the pool. Very cold! Overall a positive experience and would recommend. Thank you everyone!
