Holiday-Resort Nissi Beach

The location was lovely. The room had a musty smell to it and it was very small for 2 people. We paid more than it was advertised. The balcony view was very nice but it was very noisy due to the restaurants being downstairs. And the smell from the food would come in my room. The staff at reception were extremely rude and verbally abusive. They didn’t know the hotel’s regulations and they said they didn’t have access to the registrations in writing. It was very disappointing and felt extremely stressed and , upset. I’m very disappointed with the reception staff. Very unprofessional front desk staff. I asked to speak with the manager quite a number of times. But he never made time to speak with me. Most of the staff would say they are managers but then said they are just workers. I won’t be staying at this hotel again. And I won’t be recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Unfortunately the staff at this hotel are unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent and they don’t know how to do their job.

Wondeful coffees and milkshakes. Large variety of pastry a cup mousses. We loved the place and will revisit for sure

Fantastic hotel, we stayed here for a wedding in May 2026, the hotel is spotless, the grounds & swimming pool are both kept to tidy & clean. The sun beds are very comfy & you get free towels to exchange whenever you want. This was our first visit to Cyprus & we would definately go back. A good variety at breakfast but I have had better at other hotels.

Vassilis and his team are quite possibly the best team i have ever come across. Im a fairly well travelled guy but that treatment was second to none. Interaction, helpfulness was amazing. On behalf of myself and my new wife (WE GOT MARRIED AT THE RESORT ON THE 27TH) we thank him an team so much. Our family all loved his energy. Im super supprised as a company he hasn't had a promotion, as he is much more than a head bar man. If you see this vassilis I mean every word. Regards Mark and Tracy osborn
