Holiday-Resort Nissi Beach

Coffee ‘n Bakes is the café my kids went to every morning for breakfast — they absolutely loved it! The ice cream (especially the salted caramel) is amazing, and the donuts with filling are so fresh and delicious. The coffee, waffles, yogurts, and salads are all fantastic too. Everything tastes great, and the staff, especially Mafia, is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! ☕🍩🍦

We usually have lunch there, every time we are at Nisse beach. Nice food with the top view. Highly recommended. Fair price for the food. Good options for kids. Baby squid and crispy prawn taco are the best.

1/5 My daughter’s wedding took place at Nissi Beach Resort, and while the decorations by Anna and Sabrina at the Taverna were beautifully done and truly appreciated, we were very disappointed with the overall service provided by your team on the night. It had been clearly agreed that bottles of vodka and white wine would be placed in ice buckets on the tables. Although the vodka bottles were on the tables, they were not kept in ice, so the vodka was served at room temperature. In addition, some of the tables did not have white or red wine as agreed. We also encountered issues with the service arrangements. Prior to the wedding, we were informed that if guests wanted coffee, it would have to be ordered in advance, because they would have to bring it from elsewhere where. However, on the wedding day, the polite middle-aged gentleman (who usually works at the Taverna during the day and wears a white shirt) told us that coffee was not a problem, as there was a large coffee machine available and that they have always had this! This made it clear that we had been lied to, that wasn't a simple mistake because so many emails had been sent about this. He should be ashamed. Another serious concern was the early clearing of food. The celebration was agreed to continue until 2:00 a.m., yet the staff began removing cakes and other food from the tables around midnight. Many guests were still dancing, and when they returned to their tables, everything had already been cleared away. Even the bride herself did not have the chance to taste her own wedding cake because it was taken so quickly. We also experienced unprofessional behaviour from several members of staff. One young waitress was particularly rude, and the kitchen staff were also disrespectful. Mr. George Vasou’s behaviour was equally disappointing and unprofessional. The only exception was the same middle-aged gentleman mentioned earlier, whose courteous and professional manner stood out. He was the only member of staff who treated us with genuine respect and should be commended for his attitude. The rest of the team, including Mr. Vasou, could certainly learn from his example. This was a very special and once-in-a-lifetime occasion for our family, and it is extremely disappointing that the service we received fell far below expectations and the standards associated with Nissi Beach Resort. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure that future weddings and events receive the professional, honest, and respectful service that guests rightfully expect. My family in October usually goes to Nissi Beach and we have all nice words for the hotel and people who work there . I must mention Katerina in Taverna,Jorgos in Izola and restoran,Maria in restoran ... See you next year! Family Haviza

We stayed at the hotel for our daughters wedding and the hotel, staff, location were all perfect. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they made her special day so memorable. The pool bar team where we spent a lot of time were great with us and all our kids.
