Hotel Grecian Bay

Our stay at the Grecian Bay Hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel’s location is one of its greatest strengths—set right on a beautiful sandy beach while still being only a short walk from the center of Ayia Napa. It offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is elegant, peaceful, and welcoming. Whether enjoying the beach, relaxing by the pool, or spending time in the common areas, everything felt calm and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and serviced to a very high standard every day. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the entire property. The value for money was excellent considering the quality of the accommodation, facilities, and level of service. Despite being a popular resort, the noise level was pleasantly low, making it easy to unwind both during the day and at night. The amenities are fantastic, with a beautiful private beach, excellent swimming pools, comfortable sunbeds, and great dining options. Every facility was well organized and maintained. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible staff. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Barbora at the bar, whose warm personality, professionalism, and friendly service made every visit a pleasure. She always greeted us with a smile and created a wonderful atmosphere. At the pool restaurant, Yiotis, Daiana, Sami, and Bishnu were simply outstanding. Their kindness, attentiveness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality turned every meal into an enjoyable experience. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We would also like to thank Sourov, the pool guard, for his professionalism, friendliness, and constant attention to guests’ comfort and safety. His positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Finally, the reception team deserves special recognition. From check-in to check-out, they were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any request. Their welcoming attitude set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Overall, Grecian Bay Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of an exceptional location, immaculate facilities, outstanding service, and genuinely caring staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayia Napa and look forward to returning in the future.

I’ve lost count of how many times we have been to the Grecian Bay. Our favourite hotel choice for a week of peace and relaxation. The sunbed reservation is one of the best perks of staying here along with the staff who are always obliging and happy to help. See you soon x

Fabulous hotel, amazing staff that are happy to meet your needs from reception, to pool, to ocean to housekeeping. If u want a nice chilled place to stay, this is the place to go. The best part was the ability to reserve your sunbeds for your stay, no no running out at 6am to find your spot. The best idea yet. We highly recommend staying here as l9ng as u dont miss evening entertainment. The restaurants and shop and the party strip is only about a 15 mins walk away. Missing being g yhere already. Hope to come again.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. We had such a lovely time. The location is fantastic, close to shops and restaurants, which is great. The hotel is great, with a lovely pool and a fantastic system for the sunbeds. The beach is very nice too, close to the harbor. The staff are fantastic and very welcoming to us, especially Manfred Raser. The food is very nice too.

Nice location and pool. Unfortunately, the service and food/drink quality were poor. Also, the hotel inside looks a bit outdated. The bathtub was old and narrow and the water temperature kept fluctuating while taking a shower. The pool service was very slow. The breakfast buffet options were great but the food quality was average. The freddo cappuchinos and freddo espressos were terrible. The servers also looked confused at times at the breakfast buffet and pool.
