Hotel Grecian Bay

We spent two weeks at Grecian Bay Hotel as a family with our young daughter and had a genuinely excellent stay from beginning to end. The hotel itself was very well maintained, everything was impeccable throughout our stay, and most importantly, we felt extremely well looked after. Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel regarding a baby cot and a quieter room, and our requests were handled immediately and with great care. A special thank you goes to Manfred Raser, who was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. What stood out most was that the service never felt forced or overly formal — everyone simply made us feel welcome and comfortable. We left Grecian Bay with very positive memories and would happily return. Highly recommended, particularly for families looking for a comfortable hotel where the staff genuinely care about their guests.

Our stay at Grecian Bay Hotel in Ayia Napa was absolutely flawless! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. The location is perfect, situated right on a stunning sandy beach with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.

The best location in Ayia Napa, perfect beach at the first like! Staff are very friendly. Guests who coming every year, the staff can everybody with name and hugs!

Location: Great place to be; outside to the right side on the beach few minutes by foot you'll find a beach club and further the harbour; to the left side you'll find a stone free beach with fine sand and further facilities to rent jet skis or pedal boats. 15 minutes by foot to the center of the city where you find stores, restaurants, pharmacies, souvenir shops, etc. Hotel: Very friendly personnel, calm pool for babies small kids and adults; nice little gym and playground; babysitting and buggy on request; facilities and rooms a bit worn out but still fine and always very clean; generally it is very calm and no disturbing noises even when there is music outside (this depends on the location of your room I suspect); drinks in the hotel bar have great room for improvement; good varying food; prices comparable to Germany; espresso way too much (5€!) Highly recommend to book excuses; Great experience for affordable prices; we took a boat trip and a trip with the Quad/buggy Bus Station directly outside of the hotel, free shuttle to the Grecian Parks Hotel where you can find big/ger waves (sea at the Grecian Bay has almost no waves). Resume: Would we come back or recommend to others - definitely YES.

Fantastic staff, couldn’t do enough for us. Sourov around the pool came to our assistance many times to move our umbrellas. All the bar staff were brilliant. We’ve had a wonderful holiday.
