Nice property, very keen, quiet area to relax. Not a large complex, on sea front for adults. Staff very friendly, with special mention for Rodica and Bibin who helped resolve an issue on the 1st day, with fantastic customer service. Plenty sunbeds, towels available complimentary, food is good choice, if not pipping hot but more warm buffet. Beach is about 15 mins walk away or in a buggy. Entertainment on the evening is good for older couples, not too loud or abrasive. The drinks are good, but it is of note that there is a local charge for the gold package which is over and above the all inclusive package. If you have specific dietary needs, the hotel staff make an effort to accommodate your needs. It's noted as being 4kms from Protarus with public transport from nearby. The hotel is very respectful of guest comfort, with noise prohibited after 11pm in respect to others. Overall, on day 2, so far so good.

Great location. Quiet and peaceful. Staff and management was amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast selection was really good. Only downside is we only stayed for one night and wished we stayed for longer. Plenty of car parking spaces. Hotel newly renovated. Yuliya at front desk was fantastic. Really cannot fault this hotel. 100% recommend. Very closer to Konnos beach, which was clean and beautiful, with toilets, paid showers, changing room and a cafe. 15 minutes walk or a few minutes in the car. There are plenty of parking at Konnos beach, which can fill up quickly if arriving late.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. Overall, our experience was fantastic: - room: spacious, clean and tidy, new, great balcony view. - staff: very friendly and helpful - food and drinks: all inclusive, delicious, and varied, every night there was a different cuisine. - location: next to the sea, generally quiet and close to a few beaches. Also very close to a bus stop that goes directly the amazing Nissi beach. Highly recommend it!
