Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa by the Sea

5 star experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, clean and well maintained. We wanted a chilled and relaxing time and this hotel is perfect for that. The pool area and bar is lovely and surprisingly there are no sunbed wars at all! No matter what time you arrive there is a bed available either by the pool or on the grass overlooking the sea, a beautiful view. We were all inclusive and the food was great, lots of fresh salads, grilled fish and meats and themed nights for variety. I am vegetarian which is sometimes limiting but I ate really well throughout our stay. My husband, our son and his girlfriend all had massages and rated them excellent. My husband has an ongoing back issue and Theodora was amazing at helping him out with a specialised massage, he said it was the best he'd had .. and he's had a lot! The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are polite, friendly and very accommodating. Reka is lovely and energetic. Rodica was so efficient, nothing was too much trouble for her. Anastasia was friendly and welcoming and Aura made our stay, chatting with us and advising us on how to access the surrounding areas of interest. Also the waiting and bar staff, they always greeted us with a smile and remembered our drinks order and last but certainly not least the lovely lady that cleaned our room, she always had a smile and greeted us daily. A fantastic hotel, would definitely recommend

the room 306 it was the best room ever. so comfortable and big. the bathroom as well. the thing i liked most ( i didnt tried) was the jazzussi in the balcony. enough for 4 people. nice touch.

A very decent hotel. Perhaps its strongest point is the service. We've stayed in many hotels, including five-star ones, but we've never encountered such kindness anywhere. We were treated very kindly throughout the hotel. The ladies at the Puja, Aura, and Sarita restaurants deserve special mention. While the hotel isn't new, it's clear it's regularly cleaned, including the rooms, which were thoroughly cleaned daily. The food selection isn't huge, but most of the dishes are very good. The bartenders are also worth praising; they were very polite and made excellent drinks. A bit too sweet for our taste, but overall, delicious. Most of the sunbeds by the pool were taken (we were there in July), but there were plenty of free sunbeds on the grass closer to the sea, and you could easily find a spot. There's no beach right next to the hotel; there's a cliff-top descent into the sea three minutes away. But that didn't bother us at all, as the water is wonderfully clean, a beautiful color, and the perfect temperature. No swimming shoes are necessary. We recommend snorkeling (we didn't bring a mask and regretted it). We recommend the hotel for those looking to relax or need a base from which to explore the island.
