Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa by the Sea

Me, my husband and our boys age 17 and 20 had an amazing time at the Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel. It was the first time we had experienced an adults only hotel and can honestly say it was our best holiday yet. The staff here are so friendly and are always willing to help in any way they can The food is served in one main buffet restaurant area where they have a different theme each night, there was always something new to try and we all found food that we liked. There is an a la carte restaurant upstairs which you can book for an extra charge but we didn't use it during this visit. It was extremely hot during our stay but we were able to stay in the shaded area near to the outdoor bar and pool when needed. There are many comfortable chairs that you can relax on as well as sunbeds. There is a small beach area nearby which is within walking distance however Marlon (who serves in the outdoor bar) was able to take us down in a buggy. Marlon was very welcoming to us all and got to know which mocktails we would order regularly to stay cool and hydrated. The nearby beach is quite rocky, if you prefer a sandy beach you need to go a little further out. Konos bay is about a 15 minute walk or 1 stop on the bus. You can access water sports here for a reasonable price - Mike's watersports. Fig tree bay and Nissi beach are around 20 mins on the bus. The bus service is very reliable and easy to use. The buses have air con and are very clean. We booked a day trip to Famagusta 'ghost town' which was so interesting and insightful in regards to the history of Cyprus. I would recommend going here if you have the time. It is very open here therefore gets super hot so taking an umbrella or wearing a hat for shade is recommended. The rooms in the hotel were spacious and clean. The views from our room were beautiful as we had a sea view. The cleaners kept our rooms clean throughout our stay. Sara was in charge of entertainment during our stay, she was fabulous! Full of energy and enthusiasm every day. There is easy access to the sea a short walk in front of the hotel via a step ladder which goes straight down into the water. The area around is rocky but flat enough to walk on and sit down on to relax. The grounds are presented very well and are kept very neat and tidy. You can relax on sunbeds on the grassed area and look straight out towards the sea. Overall we cannot fault our stay and were so pleased that we booked to stay here. It was our first time in Cyprus, the hotel staff made it such a memorable trip for us all! An excellent spa experience during a fantastic holiday. Not only are the treatments great, and reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. A big thank you to Anna for making this experience so enjoyable but also for passing on some invaluable tips with regards to my overall health and wellbeing.

It was awesome !!! The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we were very impressed:)
