Livas Hotel Apartaments

Hotel is modern , clean and relaxing, 5 minute walk to beach , plenty of restaurants nearby, every member of staff are super friendly and welcoming, even the older gentleman who ran the onsite shop , came and shook our hands , when we were leaving, would come back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely 5 star experience. No cons only pros for this hotel. We have stayed in Cyprus many times but this was our first stay at the Livas hotel. The staff are amazing. It’s a peaceful hotel and very comfortable. Never had trouble sleeping. Location is great , about half hour walk to protaras strip ( a little longer on hot days) but it’s a beautiful walk along the board walk or streets. The supermarket here is extremely reasonable and have everything you need. We was short of a beach towel and got one in the supermarket for about €7.50. The food at the hotel is perfect , my husband was impressed with the burgers. Again great prices and was cheaper than eating out. Breakfast was great , everything we needed to get the day going. The beach was a minute walk through a lovely path way between villas. My two teens loved it and are sad to leave. We hope to be back , I can see why people come back year after year with staff like these, it’s really not surprising , they are like family. We have an early start home being picked up at 3am and was offered a breakfast before we leave. What a lovely thought. We decided against it as we often don’t have an appetite at that time of the morning, but how lovely to be offered that service. Cyprus will always be our second home and I will definitely be saving to come back to the Livas hotel.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Family run hotel, staff extremely friendly and welcoming. I had an issue when I first arrived as booking wasn’t showing on their system, they sorted me a room straight away and was sorted by the next morning. Breakfast is amazing with lots of choices and the dinner was a different menu each night (I went half board) which was also delicious. Lots of space around the pool area. Hotel is very clean, I got fresh towels every day and bins emptied daily too. Overall, extremely clean. I will 100% be back. Also very close to the beach and shops, with a supermarket attached to hotel which is very convenient. Thank you for making my stay wonderful x

Very nice food and location. Good value for money. The hotel's yard has a path between the houses that leads directly to the beach. You can get to the minimarket through the lobby via the indoor areas. A washing machine and tumble dryer that operate with coins. A practical choice if you don't need luxury.

Our 6th visit to the family run Livas. All good as we’ve experienced previously. Only one difference, they have a different chef doing breakfasts and occasional afternoon/evening meals. Not good at all. Serving sliced roasted carrots for breakfast and courgettes! I opted for the cold buffet and boiled eggs. One evening he sent out a burnt black moussaka for my wife 🙄 obviously she sent it back. I would recommend the Livas but the food has fallen below previous years.
