Livas Hotel Apartaments

Absolutely one of the best holidays we have had. Love this hotel clean at all times every member of staff are helpful and so welcoming. Janet who works on the bar and restaurant was absolutely lovely in all fairness they all was fantastic beach is just off the hotel. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for the most relaxing and stress free holiday.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Livas. We have always stayed in All Inclusive 4/5* properties when travelling as a family but our teenagers are now older and don't need all that AI offers so we changed our holiday this year and went half board in a smaller hotel. We honestly ended up having the best time. The staff at Livas are incredible and make you feel so welcome. From Eliana on reception, the manager and his family, Janet the waitress and Monica the chef, who made sure my coeliac husband was fully fed with delicious food all week. Couldn't fault a single member of staff. Location was fantastic. We actually preferred being slightly outside of Protaras in Pernera. Quieter but still plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel was literally a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Pernera beach down a walkway behind some lovely villas. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we could need. Food was delicious. Eating area was tiny compared to the AI restaurants and offerings we had previously been used to but there was always plenty of choice and you could tell the food had been prepared on a much more smaller scale with the quality of each dish. Food and snacks during the day at pool bar were also delicious and reasonably priced. Could get a sunbed any time of the day as there were always plenty available. Guests seem to come and go rather than leaving towels on sunbeds all day unused. We hired a car for a few days to get out and about to go a bit further afield and went to some wonderful beaches, little towns and even a Famagusta viewpoint which was fascinating. From the hotel one day, we walked all the way along to Fig Tree Bay and just beyond, following the boardwalk. It was hot but plenty of places to stop for a swim or drink. This boardwalk was also lovely for early morning and evening walks when it was a little cooler. Our All Inclusive days seem to be over now we have found this gem and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

The first thing i notice was the pictures that they are advertising are exactly as it is in the hotel I can guarantee it was perfect, cleansiness, friendliness, professionalism, everything was way above bored. The perfect getaway, I will definitely visit this Hotel, again, the food was fantastic and Only 3 minutes walk from the beach. The beach was not crowded as its away from most of the big hotels, which is perfect. And the local shops and restaurants are fantastic but most important is the rooms so clean and everything you can possibly ask for nothing was too much for the staff there to help you with.

Well all I can say is that this lovely place lived up to all the great reviews. We had a one bedroom appartment which was so comfortable and spotless as well. The pool was great and the food at the pool side bar was amazing and so reasonably priced. Everywhere was spotless and the staff so friendly especially Janet who made our stay so special and we can’t wait to come back next year. You can tell this is a family run place as it has that feel about it and everyone there makes you feel so welcome and you can tell they take pride in it too.This was a truly amazing holiday and oh Cyprus itself , love it

Easyjet holidays offered complete peace of mind. Everything was well organised and we were kept informed all the way. The transfer coach was on time, drivers pleasant. Our hotel Livas apartment Hotel was clean and spacious offering great breakfasts. Staff (mostly) very friendly and pleasant. Kyriakas - owner and Stefan, barman, really attentive and helpful. Great hotel, lounge, pool, bar and restaurant facilities. Location quiet but lots of bars and restaurants and fabulous small beach close by. Our 1 bed apartment was well equipped, comfortable, spacious and air-conditioned. We enjoyed a wonderful stay thank you
