Marlita Hotel Apartments

The worst all inclusive ive ever been too! Where to start.....this place gives faulty towers a run for its money. How Tui have struck a deal with this place baffles me however I wasnt surprised with the tui rep felicia never turned up for the welcome meeting on our first day and sent a message on the tui app the next day asking us to book any trips/excursuons through her direct..... Positives..... Great location Arrival pack Lots of staff (leaderless) Negatives Rooms (old and falling apart) Pool areas - all seem unhygienic scum line round Pool broken tiles, dirty in general loungers broken tables and umbrellas. Watepark same as Pool.areas old and run down and clearly not maintained Food is undoubtedly the worst ive ever had really dissapointed at how bad this was it appears on first glance there is a good variety but in general its awful! Lift - tiny and absolutely stinks Kids club- one member of staff and sits on her phone takes.no interest in entertainment for.the kids and to top it off its in the basement of the hotel with no air-conditioning which is ridiculous. Swim up Pool bar - lies you can swim climb out the pool and then walk.to the bar!! Staff want you to use a particular bar and seem unhappy if you use other ones There is absolutely no management or supervisors present which is clear all.over.the hotel.as no one is there to drive up standards and improve quality. Trying to keep this short as there are plenty of points im still missing however Tui have certainly missed the mark on this one and would be better off going back to booking jet2 package deals where they clearly care about a customer experience

The hotel and the services is amazing. It is really what you paid for. We have been taking care with amazing them starting Slavi, Alexander, Gabi, Gulia, and the rest of the team, not only service but also the reception Glaudia, Loukia that truly helped us as well the housekeeping and maintenance team. We were afraid a little about the food but surprisingly, amazing! Food was great and tasteful, everyone can choose. They are truly amazing and considering that so many guests changing them still remember your preferences or name or nationality. It really makes a difference. It is not a last we are here. Might see you next year! In general recommend.

We arrived around 3am and were greeted at reception with a smile and basically a packed lunch as we had missed dinner. We were shown to our room, the disappointment was immediate. Loose shelves on the the wall a dirty bathroom and rock hard beds with very old mattresses. Tye following morning I went to reception to have a word about our room. I was offered the chance to view another in a different block which was much better. Please note the pictures on their website and also on Tui’s are very old and not representative of what’s on offer. The food was ok, good choices but never more than lukewarm, and the meat was almost always overcooked. The staff are lovely except for a couple, one guy who works in the pool bar, was miserable, probably because of the way he is spoken to by holidaymakers on a daily basis and a waitress at the snack bar who when I put some cash in the tip Jar believing it to be split, basically demanded some for herself even though we had never been served by her. The pool area and loungers are nice and there’s never a queue for the bar. You get the option to choose from one of 4 restaurants for 1 evening meal, I highly recommend the Taverna for an excellent meat meze. We did have a small cockroach problem in the evenings, and as soon as I mentioned it someone was sent to sort. I understand you get them in hot countries but ……. In my opinion the negatives outweighed the positives which is a shame and had the holiday of been full priced I would definitely have been disappointed.

I highly recommend the service, especially the Ivo Super Visior in Resturant. who has a great sense of humor. Overall, the staff is very friendly and takes good care of the guests. The hotel is by the beach, and the sun loungers on the grass are free and plentiful. The two-bedroom apartments are very well-maintained and clean. I recommend it.
