Don't waste your Money! Disgusting rooms, dirty bedding. Dining room is no bigger than my kitchen! No health and safety, they lift a hatch that wich runs water to the pool..and leave it unattended with no warning sign at night, which anyone especially a child running could easily fall in and be swept off underneath! You couldn't pay me to stay at this dump!

Location is good few supermarkets and bars around and restaurants which we spent most of our time. Pool is ok not the best. All staff are very rude when saying good morning just get blanked. Pool songs they play 3 songs on repeat and they are not English. Rooms were ok we did have ants, had to keep asking for towels, room wasn’t cleaned in the 7 days we were there, shower leaked had to keep using towels to mop it all up, food was disgusting nothing really for the English just chips, nothing for the kids, we had to eat out every day, drinks were ok. Would never return spent most of our time away from the hotel, entertainment is absolutely shocking couldn’t even enjoy it if you were drunk. absolutely disgraceful hotel and staff are miserable. Paid for a room till 3pm and at 2pm staff were coming in telling us to get out no manners at all. Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but I have no choice to click one.

Honestly, my stay at Marlita Hotel was a genuinely great experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was the staff. Almost everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help whenever needed. A special mention definitely goes to Loukia in the reception who was excellent throughout my stay. She was always approachable, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. And of course, Mr Nicolas, the Hotel Manager. It is clear that the hotel is in good hands. The reception team were always available and willing to assist, and even when there were small issues. Housekeeping overall did an excellent job. The room was kept clean, tidy, and well looked after throughout our stay. There were one or two occasions when the towels were not replaced immediately, but this was a very minor issue and was easily resolved by contacting reception. Apart from that, the housekeeping service was genuinely very good. Food was also enjoyable and offered a good variety. I especially want to mention the Mexican, Chinese, and Italian nights, which were definitely highlights for me. Overall, Marlita Hotel gave me a very positive experience, mainly because of the people working there. The friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming.
