We arrived yesterday and got off to a terrible start. We are here for our friends wedding and most of the party arrived a week ago, they all said the hotel was amazing and we were excited to join them. When we arrived we went to the pool bar and had a drink with them, the service and staff were great. However, this quickly changed when we went to our room. I was shocked to find we had a basic room with NO balcony or garden, not even a window that opens. I thought I’d just go to reception and it would be quickly sorted. I was sadly mistaken. I was told this was the type of room I’d booked! I’d paid over £4k for 7 nights for one adult and one child! We holiday around 5 times per year and I’ve never had to request a balcony and certainly not in a 5 star hotel. Eventually, I was told to go back the next day and they will change my room this meant I had to unpack, pack the next day and unpack again! Not happy with this I asked to speak to a manager firstly, I was told there was no manager I challenged this and a manager came to see me, I explained the situation and was told he could only take notes and pass it on. He also said I was lucky as they said they would change my room the next day as it could have been closer to the end of our holiday! £4k for a room with no outside space in a 5 star hotel I certainly do not feel lucky. He also said every single room in the hotel is booked. The is not true, there are clearly a number of rooms not occupied.

Back for our 3rd visit really enjoyed our stay , lovely food , great entertainment, booked next year for fisherman's village as bit busy round the former adult pool , disappointed they changed this thats the only negative.

Outstanding hotel. Cannot fault one thing. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff work tirelessly to make sure every detail is on point. All staff are exceptionally friendly and can’t do enough for you. The many restaurants are outstanding with a huge choice of food, although we mainly chose the buffet restaurant as there was so much choice. No one could go hungry in there. We had a family junior suite pool view with private garden. The room was fantastic. The beds and pillows are the best ever and the space we had was very generous. The location is a little out, but perfect for visiting Landa beach. The bus costs €2 to take you to ayia napa or protaras so no inconvenience. This hotel is value for money. You get what you pay for and more. Second visit and will be booking a third. The entertainment at night is fantastic, both at the pool bar and at the Xperience arena. Despite the hotel being fully booked, it felt so peaceful and quiet. It’s not overly busy. The allocated sunbeds are a game changer, and you get sunbed towels and drying towels daily.

Love this hotel all staff are friendly and polite, constantly cleaning, the food is amazing such a great selection. Love everything about this hotel, rooms are a good size and have everything you need. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Been a couple of times now and will definitely be going back, hoping to get a pool room next time for the baby, when you go back to your room of a night it’s very quiet and I slept like a baby. Location is good, beach a short walk away, town centre a short drive. It is expensive but you get what you pay for, and this place does not disappoint. Love it there
