It’s impossible to contact the hotel, we have a deluxe room for 3 people however the photo’s only show 1 bed in the room. I’ve tried to contact the company & the hotel however it’s impossible to get in touch with anybody. General enquiries about a booking should be available. The phone numbers given online do not work.

An amazing stay from start to finish. Great food options and amazing service. The service and quality of meals was consistently high in all areas. Allocated sunbeds works well and the lazy river is amazing.

This was an amazing hotel, it was so amazing we are trying to come back again. The moment we came here we got our rooms in a second, the receptionists were very fast. Afterwards, we went to the buffet and it was incredible with everything you could imagine, along with another 5 other great restaurants to enjoy, I have to say the best restaurant was the buffet with different food nights every day like BBQ night (our favorite). And it does not stop there, there are shows every night and entertainment like volleyball every day, (Kanika All Stars did amazing with these things). We are now hoping there is available space for the Abdallah family to come again and experience this absolutely incredible hotel again.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2025 as part of a large group. Overall we had a great stay, however there are a couple of things that could be improved to match 5* status of the hotel. I’ll start with the good points. The overall hotel and grounds is absolutely beautiful and well kept. The restaurants and food are all top class. We are fussy eaters and never had an issue in any restaurant. There’s so much choice and all cooked perfectly. The all inclusive drink selection is great and everyone could get what they wanted including cocktails. The staff are all wonderful and go out their way to make your stay enjoyable. I thought the sunbed allocation worked well and we were accommodated to our preferred area after the first day. It was good not having the stress of ‘sunbed wars’. The splash zone and slide in the kids pool was great for our toddler. There are a couple of small points I think the hotel could improve on. While the entertainment schedule was busy, I thought it was limited for toddler age kids. There was an option to drop them at a crèche however I personally don’t feel comfortable leaving my young child alone. Given the heat in summer it would be great if they could allocate time slots during the day to open the toddler indoor facilities for stay and play sessions. I found the mini disco far too late (after 8pm). By this point you could see most kids were shattered. I think this would be better brought forward. Finally we found the evening entertainment far too loud and many of our party felt they couldn’t hear each other. We chose to spend most evenings at the pool bar which was wonderful and had some lovely live music most nights. The indoor pool was unfortunately closed during our stay which wasn’t ideal as we could have done with a break from the sun indoors. I must say the covered toddler pool was great though. We chose one of the basic rooms and so we of course can’t expect the best room in the hotel however given the price paid I was still a little disappointed that we were in a ground room overlooking the carpark. There was often workers walking past so there was very little privacy unless the curtains were closed. There were also about 10 steps to get from the room to the main reception which wasn’t ideal with a pram. The only way around this was a long walk outside and then back in the hotel. Maybe some sort of chair lift could help this? We were upgraded to a garden suite for our last night and this was absolutely beautiful. I’d recommend this room type, especially with a young family. Overall it was a lovely stay however you do pay a premium for this and I’m unsure if I’d rush back at the cost.

Has to be one of the best all inclusive hotels I have been to!! Incredible service food and atmosphere. Love the subbed allocation on arrival, no need queue the beds are yours for the entire holiday
