Wonderful hotel , really nice atmosphere with lots to do on daily basis, 5 minutes away from beach , great stuff always willing to help , food was amazing everyday , the only little thing was WiFi was a little poor at times and slow But everything else was a 5 star across the board We as a family had a great time away and will be coming again

What a fabulous holiday we had, we are not usually all inclusive holiday makers and would not usually have holidayed during the kids school holidays to a resort like this. We stayed here for a wedding with over 40 other guests attending and we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel does a great job at catering for all, adult and family facilities across the property are superb and very separate if that's what you want. We stayed in the Fishermans village adult part of the hotel and it was very tranquil. However we often went around the hotel to meet friends and the facilities for families were excellent with the kids club being a big success so that our friends could meet us in the adult pool for cocktails most afternoons. We found the staff very friendly and happy, it truly made our holiday. Big thank you to our pool waitress in Fisherman's - Veronika, she was exceptional, she worked very hard and always smiled. Ivo at the Serenity bar was another excellent member of staff who was always smiling and ready to invent a cocktail masterpiece. Andrea the supervisor in the restaurants was a fabulous character and always happy to help. All round fabulous place who put on a fantastic wedding for our friends. Food was excellent, drinks, snacks etc very good you couldn't want for much here.

This was our third visit to this hotel as a family and it was as amazing as ever! The staff are all amazing but special thanks to Ivo in the Serenity Pool, his customer service is amazing, he’s so friendly, makes the best mojitos, very efficient and always remembers what drinks you want, even by time of day! He really helps make our holiday special and is a real asset to the hotel. Silvia also did an amazing job cleaning our room every day! The food is fantastic in every single restaurant and the staff so friendly and helpful. Extra touches this year were the iced smoothies brought round the pool, cooling mist facial sprays as you were on the sunbeds, and sunglasses cleaning service! The Allstar shows were as professional as ever, the whole group are amazingly talented! Thanks for a great holiday, we’re already looking to book again for next year.
