Papouis Protaras Hotel

First thing you notice is a immaculately clean hotel. The floor sparkled and areas were clean. The staff were falling over themselves to help and ensure your holiday was the best it could be. The pools are superb, a little cold but amazing and a great location to walk to Protarus centre and beaches. Finally the food... Whilst we encounter an issue with food heat it was sorted swiftly and the quality of food was superb and varied for everyone. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic week in Cyprus! The hotel was close to shops, beach and downtown. Very good with bus stop so close. The hotel itself was absolutely super - all staff were very friendly. Very clean and they did everything for us to be well. The rooms were superb, nothing to complain about at all. Activities for both adults and children throughout the day. But not too much either. Everyone thought it was very very good food - varied, fresh and very tasty. We'll be guaranteed to come back 😍 Thank you so much for us!

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff nice and helpful. The hotel rooms cleaned every day, very comfortable beds! The food was delicious, varied and tasty. Small minus on the soda that did not taste so good, No real coca cola, fanta etc reached the budget mark. 5/5 from me not, much to complain about here. Very happy!

I was very positively surprised by my vacation here. Good food, very nice employees, and excellent service. The surroundings are quiet, and the hotel's program is fun.

A very strong 3-star hotel. However, the staff is 5-star. Such great service, the bartenders, the entertainers, and the waiters are top-notch.
